  1. Here is the deal whats the difference between taking a suppository/gummy or vaping/smoking a joint the end results are still the same we perfer to smoke it

  2. They don't care about making marijuana legal, the facts is they just don't want it available for the blacks, to get it so easy

  3. In Illinois it is completely legal among other states. Get with the program Alabama. Legal or not, I really don't care because I will use it for the rest of my life. Federally regulated marijuana is much safer than street marijuana as well. It can save lives.

  4. I would actually like to speak on the part of if new people start to try marijuana and also the gateway part. I think the new comers will be fine with just marijuana a-lot of new things are out that if recreational use was legal dispensaries would be able to get products such as dab karts,shatter/wax,moon rocks, gummies, and etc. That give you a different THC effects stronger more to speak that I have heard and not going to lie from personal experience also learned the problem for a-lot of the people who experimented in different drugs was we just wanted something stronger than what came with the buds. All I’m saying is now Marijuana and the amount of THC you can get out of certain products is different now I also feel that not only will it help addicts who are recovering but also ones who want to start a fair shot an don’t think it will make new consumers of THC feel as if they need anything more but as time has shown some people just let curiosity get the best of them an bad things happen. I do not speak however for the people who are trying to use hard drugs to escape any kind of pain, trauma, or mental scaring they’ve been threw as I understand and have lost some people dear to me due to harsh similar circumstances I say this because I believe if recreational/medical would’ve been legal at the time things may have been easier also so people know I truly mean no offense I’m from Alabama and a big supporter of what everyone is doing to push for legalization.

  5. you keep bringing up the song something Republicans that don't like marijuana there's a millions of us that would want this past and we're all Republicans you just if it came to either being Democrat or Republican or marijuana or not if I had to give up marijuana not to be over you Democrat then I would do it because you look at all the Democrat rans ome marijuana look what comes with it we want the marijuana we just don't want to democrats with it

  6. Why won't republican help legalize cannabis federally? They are the only party that can. Many people do benefits even if others do not. It's sad America approves cigarettes & alcohol over cannabis who do we blame president Nixon is no longer here we can blame on the prohibition? Have a medical card in my state but I can't consumer my cannabis the way I freely chose

  7. Only two doctors testified at the hearings for the Marihuana Tax Act of 1937 – the deviously named legislation enacting marijuana prohibition. The representative of the American Medical Association said there was no evidence that marijuana was a dangerous drug and no reason to prohibit it. He pointed out that it was used in hundreds of common medicines with no significant reports of problems.

In response, the committee told him that if he wasn't going to cooperate, he should shut up and leave.

The only other doctor to testify was Dr. James C. Munch. His sole claim to fame was that he had injected some extract of cannabis directly into the brains of 300 dogs and two of them died. When they asked him what he concluded from this, he said he didn't know what to conclude.

Dr. Munch later testified in court, under oath, that marijuana would make your incisors grow six inches long and drip with blood. He also said that, when he tried it, it turned him into a bat.

Dr. Munch was the only doctor in the US who thought marijuana should be illegal so he was appointed US Official Expert on marijuana, where he served for 25 years.
