My name is Joseph Delgado. I proudly smoke cannabis. Im permanently disabled from a major stroke and am in pain 24/7. Cannabis is the only relief I get. I refuse to drink alcohol. I refuse to take dangerous pharma pills. Cannabis is literally medicine it is not a drug at all that's a huge misconception. I will use cannabis regardless of any law or government entity because it is my God Given Right to do so. Ive been doing this for 30 years and I will continue regardless of law or government entity. There are millions of others in this country who feel the same. It is no longer 1936 and last time I checked this isnt Nazi Germany this is America. The cannabis laws in place here in Texas and America alike don't work and i have to b labeled a criminal because im in pain and i choose to smoke a plant instead of drinking. Im part of Texas UN-compassionate use program/Tcup. Ill personally tell everyone Texas does not care about its disabled by forcing its disabled to consume crappy 1% THC oil. Its 60 a bottle from Texas Original and it absolutely does not work. Abbott and all his white haired buddies are behind not allowing smokable cannabis for its disabled here in Texas. Governor Abbott does not care about disabled people and he himself is disabled which i find crazy.
