  1. I started smoking since my teenage, got addicted to cigarettes. Spent my whole life fighting Cigarettes addiction. Also suffered severe depression and mental disorder. Not until a friend recommended me to psilocybin mushrooms treatment. Psilocybin treatment saved my life honestly. 8 years totally clean. This is something that really need to be use globally to help people with related health challenges.

  2. Yea no shit mind muscle contion helps build strength and muscle like if you , just move the wieght from point a to point be lets say bicep curl and you dont focus on contracting your bicep, you could just use momentom to get it up and other mucsle besides the biceps😮😂. Rather if you contract the weight up feeling your bicep and slow down the negative , and lock your elbow in so just the bicep is supanating and contracting, youll see way more gains then swing weieght aroung

  3. Thats why tocken before lifting , can lead great workouts, cause you put on some toons and just hyper focous on just lifting and mind muscle comection, jujitsu and smoking sounds like good combo

  4. Cannabis saved my life. I was drinking entirely too much and I substituted weed. It worked like a charm. I’ve never been healthier, and I’ve never felt better. I’m more empathetic, and I connect with people on a level that I never have before. Cannabis made my life better in every way possible.

  5. Weed puts me into a super quiet, paranoid, depressed state and makes me think negative and don’t ask me questions under the influence. I started to help with sleep and I think I’m addicted when I’m sober I’m high energy chatting. I think I might annoy people so I smoke then stay to my self.

  6. It helps a lot of people and it also hurts a lot of people. I have mixed feelings. First, don’t try this if you don’t know what you’re doing. Second, don’t try this is you don’t know what you’re doing. And my last piece of advice is this: don’t listen to anyone who tells you “it’s harmless” because it’s NOT! It can be toxic if you don’t know what you’re doing. I have talked with so many newbies to cannibis and the stories are unbelievable. Example: a couple of friends decide to go get some edibles and eat them in their hotel room. About an hour later, they are both on the floor messed up. Even to the point of puking. Another story—a freind decides to get a little pot to smoke and they end up flat on their backs, sick as a dog. When you come off pot, your body goes through physical hell for about 10-12 days. You can’t sleep, or eat and your mind is messed up. After a couple weeks, you start to come out of it and realize you don’t need to get high afterall…and then 6 months goes by and you forget and then start all over again feeding the weed witch

  7. I occasionally smoke pot now (use to be a major pothead back in the day) and I agree with Joe that when you have drive and discipline, it's a nice way to just take a break. I've also worked out while high (running, bodyweight, weights) running and bodyweight is fun, but weights is not my preference. 😅 Everyone's different, so just do what works for you at the end of the day

  8. Cannabis saved my father’s life from blood cancer and got numerous friends off opioids. It’s no coincidence that the arguably most miraculous plant on earth has been the most maligned.

  9. ANYONE who actually listening to this moron on ANYTHING. NEEDS to seriously "Re-evaluate their own life & head"!!!
Seriously…would you listen to a podcast from 2010 Muhammad Ali?!? You're dealing with the same mental acumen!!

  10. Former NFL player of 9 years here who definitely has CTE. My ability to focus got so useless that I was open to using marijuana for Medicinal purposes. My entire life has changed back to normal. Add/ADHD, inconsistency, irritability, blood pressure, insomnia, heart palpitation, negative thought and anxiety.

I was never that person i described above. The hits to the head caught up with me.
However….all of these issues disappear when I use the proper strain in the proper dose.

I’ve got myself back! Without the marijuana I don’t know what the next 30 plus years of life left would be like. Scary actually!!

  11. Marijuana is great for addicts that tend to relapse on hard drugs (heroin, crack) It fills that empty hole that makes us feel like we need to smoke a perc. I've been smoking weed all my life and dont think i'd be able to run a business without it.

  12. If your new to weed and like it, my advice is use the least amount it takes and take off days. Permanent tolerance is real and you wont get that uplifting feeling again.

Even if you quit for months, the permanent tolerance is still there, and you can't enjoy it.
High school kids should wait to try it, in my opinion, based on what I've seen and experienced.

  13. Joe's a 1000% right when lifting. You feel everything that you're working out. Every muscle innyour body when lifting. You feel and you feel what muscles your not working on, so you find ways tonget to those muscles

  14. I’ve been smoking and doing edibles for like maybe a year and a half and it’s been helpful in reflecting on trauma and helped me calm down about life, I keep hearing about psychosis but all it’s done is made me see people for who they really are based on their behaviors toward me

  15. Bro I smoke weed every weekend. It is a killer. I love it. Only indica which relaxes me. But that does not mean I have to. If i got work related on weekends, I don't. I smoke alone. I joy my own vibe. Fuck the worldly bullshit and take a Lil bit rest. Nd fuck it I'm gonna get shit done on Monday. I'm a fitness professional. I train, I read, i workout heavy, i train Olympic lifting, I eat clean, I shoot youtube, instagram. After all the stress and too much work i take a rest on weekend. I achieve that weekend not that I have too. But after all work i reward myself, I give myself time to reconnect with my soul and consciousness nd the best thing is smokin' weed in nature. That's an absolute physical and spiritual connection…..Hope this will help you if you are trying to balance weed and lifestyle….
