Chase has around 4000 seizures every day due to a mutation of the PGAP3 gene. Chase’s family wants others to know that …

I just thought of something I wanted to point out! In this interview I asked Chase "what should somebody do if they want to be your friend?" and he responded "Lightbulb!" At first I thought he was perseverating on the lightbulbs, but after a few seconds I realized he was answering my question. This reminded me it's always important to be fully in the moment and listen to those around me.
I was gonna say, like 2 seconds into the video, that he should get on medical cannabis. That stuff does wonders for seizures.
He just seems like such a sweetheart. Its always so hard to see good people with these difficult disabilities. Its really cool to see him mess with things like the camera, and you can legit see his brain working and figuring out how this thing works.
This is such a sweet video!! Chase and his family all seem to be in their element, and I absolutely feel the connection Chase has with technology and how things work. It reminds me a lot of how I used to be as a kid… although to be fair I am still like that, just more restrained. Hence why I'm studying engineering.
The relief people get from medical cannabis really makes me happy. Itās awful that sometimes families have to pick up and move across the country to be able to get it. But the way it works is really great.
As always, Chris, you inspire me so much. You are patient and kind with everyone and the way you meet people where they are is wonderful. It reminds me to be more patient and to interact with people in a gentle way.
Cannabis really helps with seizures, I've seen videos of people who have hundreds of seizures everyday and when they use cannabis it reduces them to like a couple a day or none at all
dude ur rly nice letting him play with ur equipment, as someone with ocd I cant physically handle watching someone like him mess with expensive fragile things

While Chase has a very unfortunate condition, it makes me happy to see that he IS fortunate in his family. They all seem so loving and understanding.
