Whole Hemp seed is much better nutritionally speaking, but you must put a small amount in a coffee grinder to open them up so your body can absorb the nutrients. Refrigerate the ground up hemp seed in a dark colored jar and use it up asap. Only grind up what you will use for a few weeks.
You’ve got the ratio incorrect between omega 3 and 6. You have said the ratio is 3 omega 3 to 6 omega 6 when it is the reverse. Otherwise it’s NOT a benefit!
