Marijuana its from natural nature,,its is medical for stress people but do not used it to much,,same like your take a sugar,if lot you take lot n more its not good for your own self,,,what ever you used or take cant more n lot to used that,control it,
Who researched that you need to breath in antiquity? No one. Same for eating? No one. We don't need a study for everything to know if it helps us. some basic things sort themselves out. This mindset of thinking you must have studies and government approval is simply a money making racket for those entities involved, in many cases. it's not always the case, there is a place for it, but, Marijuana has been demonized for so long, and people have been indoctrinated to be prejudiced against it, regardless of the science they claim to believe in, when it disagrees with them. it has medicinal properties, just like any other plant. But, the pharmaceutical companies see it as a threat if they cannot own and control it. if it negates medical treatments or pills, etc, they will argue against it.
Most definitely, I've been self medicating since I was 10. It kept me out of trouble growing up. I've always joked with my folks saying it kept me from becoming a serial killer, lol
It is amazing how cautious or perhaps programed these doctors appear to be to downplay this alternative method . They have enough body language to show they were not comfortable with promoting it in any way. Terms like "gun slinging", "the wild west", shows they were on guard! At least this woman Ozzie, was getting results!
recent studies have shown that smoking and vaping cannabis can get rid of the antiinflamatory properties so if you partake then id really encourage you to rely more on edibles, tinctures, etc and only smoke when you need to. the same thing, goes for oils too, heated oils, fried food, etc theyre very dangerous so stick to cold oils if you can
Idc what ppl say when they say weed help with stress and anxiety better then antidepressants. There is no way weed helps better then a Xanax no way in he'll yes it has less side effects more no where near the relief. I take a bar and idc if I'm in a group of 100 I smoke weed and it helps but no where near as much as a benzo would help me. Weed can manage acute anxiety but not severe. I love when ppl say weed helps with me and I have severe anxiety bullshit you have acute anxiety not severe. Severe anxiety is labeled severe cause it causes other massive health problems for example mine is diagnosed and labeled severe due to the fact my blood pressure rises to 210+ in a stressful situation which can result in having a heart attack. If you think you have severe take your blood pressure when I think anxiety is up if you pressure reads 110 to 135 your not severe.

I was smoker for 16 years, i quit 2 weeks ago and i will never go back to smoking but i think what weed had some benefits to me, i think was just consuming it with a very bad way, i was smoking like 200-500mg per day which i think is harmful for the most people. I want to know also if and how much microdosing helps with anxiety/insomnia and adhd brains, i did read what microdosing thc can sharpen your focus, make you more productive,help you sleep more and reduce anxiety but i would like some personal experience. I'm glad to see that they asked if there have been any peer reviewed, clinical studies on this. At this point, even the pro-pot person admits that there isn't any real data on this at this point.
If you tell everyone that cannabis might not be for them, then ALOT of people will end of consuming alternatives that are far less beneficial than cannabis. When doctors puts cannabis on the same level as other coping strategies, then they become pushers of the strategies their advice leads people towards “not cannabis “. Harm reduction is KEY in determining any personal consumptions.
Anti-cannabis perspective isn’t helpful or relevant to people who face significant or even minor chronic pains. Cannabis should be fully promoted and harm reduction conversation should replace any form of anti-cannabis talking points that could lead anyone AWAY from pursuing the benefits of cannabis compounds.

It’s irresponsible to say cannabis has no negative effects, but I hate how stigmatized it is in regards to mental health treatment. I have very severe anxiety that was treatment resistant. Before I found cannabis I wasn’t functioning period even with therapy and actual psych meds. After using cannabis in conjunction with professional counseling (This is key. It’s not a lifelong solution) I’ve actually been making significant progress. I will come off cannabis after working through my baggage one goal at a time. It might take years but in my opinion it’s no different than using antidepressants for the same purpose. I’ve just found, and everybody is different, that I get less negative effects and more positive ones with cannabis.
Today i woke up with a heavy anxiety/panic episode with my body all stiff and i took some drops of homemade THC oil, waited under my blanket and about 50 min later all my muscles were relaxed and my mind was light. Definitely small doses are an effective solution. Love it.
I read a study saying that between 1mg to 10mg of THC has anti-anxiety and antidepressant effects. Anything over that and it begins to have the opposite effect.

Just one hit of my vape pen and I am golden for the evening and one hit before bed. I think I would consider it micro dosing.
