  1. Short answer yes and it makes me more of a thinker instead of me shooting my my off I’m a quiet person however once someone starts talking to me I get a little rev it makes me more quiet and docile. Also with my PTSD. That’s a big plus I refuse to take psych meds which I know I should be on.

  2. THC most definitely works for nausea due to anxiety (been having nausea due to stress/anxiety since I was a kid) and THC is definitely the best anti nausea medicine I've had. I've also recently started on CBD, my bottle is the weaker one 50mg per 1mil. It also works for anxiety but in a strange way.. my body is more relaxed as opposed to the pharmaceutical pills that tend to relax (or try to) your head.

  3. i have cut down my tramadol use and used to have tramadol with codeine before so i was in a very bad place. I can come off canabis more easily than tramadol. I still have anxiety attacks and a build up of anger when i go in withdrawl from tramadol but i am not as frequently using this so that has lessened. Honestly thc doesnt do that to me. When I have thc with cbd it made the high last longer and if it was a bad high it actually made it worse having a cbd with thc strain, atleast for me. BTW i have low tolerance eg at 0.01g 17-19 thc was enough for my anxiety at the time. I think my issue is ive cause myself a fear from using and losing control so its more mind over matter to work on it mentally. obviously high doses thc regardless it causes problems for new users. Imagine my first usage 0.25g 20% it floored me and caused that fear.

  4. Hello, thank you for these videos please respond🙏 I’ve been taking cbd capsules now for a couple days I feel a bit better (only taking 100 mg) I have a pretty serious question is it ok to take 100 mg cbd and 0.002 mg thc if my mother is schizophrenic and I have pretty serious anxiety? Just because it’s a lot cheaper and more available to buy cbd extracted from flower that it is from hemp. Do you think the 0.002 would trigger any biological problems or does that little amount not matter

  5. Lets call out that the king is naked: First of all, I'm not against recreational use of cannabis, adult people should have self control, should have self responsibility and should be informed (well, the information part is frankly terrible even now after so many platforms due to this subject) I constantly seeing lobbying. Most channels are using up the subject to somehow promoting their projects. This is incredible dangerous, based on the fact, as a depressed, mentally instable person could slide into psychosis if he run into a high (+10%) THC weed. Calling high THC weed medicine due to daily usage is like: "I'm depressed so I have to reach out my medicine and it is vine. I drink a half litre of wine(that is basically a form of grapevine right?) every night and it helps me to relax, leave the anxiety and in sleeping" Sounds funny right? This is exactly what we all reading day and night long when ppl who are using C. as recreational drug calling out their plant as medicine. Still: these ppl who are suffering from addiction are using a simi safe drug to fulfil their constraints (to be honest, it is better that alcohol, since they will not turn aggressive, will not suffer by amnesia and could handle their daily routine without hangover) But in this case it is NOT a medicine. From the other hand, low THC (under 3%) high CBD weed is indeed a medicine. And this is the THC spectrum where experts should inform patients, as maximum 3% thc 5+ % CBD could be beneficial due to some cases (pain) but can be extremely dangerous due to mental issues. But a 0.2% to 1% THC content with 5%+ CBD could help due to Anxiety, depression and even when it escalates to obsessions. I'm an artist, not a PHD of the above subject, but I talked with ppl, I also used CBD for my personal issues and I see a great lack of proper information that could lead to great misunderstandings. Of course we are always talking about CBD pills, oils and such here, but here is another subject where information holding channels should be transparent, as these products are so expensive, that probably just a few % of CBD users could live with them constantly, so we arrived to the era of plant consuming – and here we have a lot of misinformation. IF you are a person who is planning to use CBD or CBG, please take a very close look at the different cannabinoid percentages and if you someone who can not spend 1000+ $ / month, consider that you will end up as plant consumer and you could slide into a bloody deep rabbit hole without proper information.

  6. I've been incorporating CBD into my routine for a while now, and I've observed a significant positive change in how I handle daily stressors. Starting with a low dosage, I gradually found the right level for me. For top-quality CBD, I trust Eggs Canna | Cannabis Boutique their products have been a valuable addition to my routine.

  7. I smoked high THC marijuana for 20 years chronically until today. It doesn't do what it used to do for my anxiety and now seems to directly cause it. CBD is already helping by being a substitute for the regular weed I smoke. Just sharing this incase it helps someone. It took me a while to notice what was going on.

  8. As someone with severe anxiety who has tried CBD in many forms i don't think it actively battles anxiety. What i think is that you feel an effect that feels somewhat calming and that in itself is reassuring enough to help deal with anxiety mentally. I don't believe the actual effect is anti anxiety more than having a nice cup of tea. Also most people take tiny dosages like using 2-3 drops of 10% CBD oil which is definitely not enough to medicate anything.

  9. I have general anxiety. I randomly take Xanax when needed. I’ve been taking CBD for a little over a week. I feel a lot better. I feel the anxiety but it’s low level and I can shrug it off. My brain feels more balanced on it. Just today I felt anxious. Usually I’d be breathing around escalating tension and a very uneasy mind. Usually if I can’t shake it I’ll take .25 Xanax and wait 20 minutes. Didn’t have to do that today or all week. I don’t think it’s a placebo effect. If you have anxiety or have had anxiety attacks, there’s no fooling yourself out of symptoms. It appears to be doing a great job at taking the edge off which allows you to deploy the controlled breathing and positive self talk that allows you to shrug off the anxiety. I’m hopeful. I hope it works for you as well.

  10. I need 150mgs+ a dose for anxiety releave way to expensive for me starts to work at 75mgs far far in the background so idk if its me
But the usual 5-15mgs a dose than i can also just dring a few drops of water

  11. Thank you, Doctor. Excuse me. Are there nutritional supplements that have the same effect as the anticonvulsant primidone (Mysoline)?Because I suffer from essential tremor disease. The doctor prescribed me the anticonvulsant primidone. It was a very effective treatment, and the tremor completely disappeared..but it contains side effects.Does CBD oil help with tremor

  12. Thanks for this, good to hear about an evidence base (or lack thereof) to supplement recommendations from my GP.

Tip though, someone needs to proof read the graphics – several spelling mistakes that really detract from credibility… Also the audio is a bit quiet.

  13. 2:1 edibles cbd 10mg and thc 5mg . I take half when I feel like it, then another half later on. No anxiety. I wanted to be completely sober, but that just isn't feasible in today's modern world. Going to work everyday instead of driving to California is quite a chore.

  14. I have basically self medicating myself with cbd for a while. Have never had any issues and it has only helped me actually feel less anxious. I have been struggling with an anxiety disorder my whole life. And since starting the usage of cbd, it has gotten so much better. Helping me to to develop other tools for calming myself down too.
I am not a scientist, but my self induced research shows only positive effects, no side effects, no addiction, and pretty safe usage.
Also I only take 5mg as one dosage at a time, if taken orally. If used as a nasal spray for example, the biodiversity is bigger, therefor I only take 1 mg per spray.
Basically I am trying to say, that I take it when I feel like I need it. And do not necessarily just take 300mg through the day or something like that. Although that is also possible I guess.

I am not doctor, do not take this as any kind of medical advice. Just sharing my experiences:)

  15. THC and CBD are the only reason I was able to get on top of my mental health.

Got sick of “withdrawal effects” like you explained from drugs like Valium, Xanax but never experienced it with THC. Cannabis is an absolute game changer.

  16. I worked in the Cannabis industry for a little over 4 years educating people on cannabis, Cannabis itself isn't addictive, and THC isn't what makes you feel a certain way after using it. THC operates as more of an intoxicant while other things such as Terpenes are responsible for potential medicinal benefits. Cannabis and CBD aren't a save-all solution for things like anxiety and PTSD, however they are a great replacement/substitute for harsher and more addictive medications. Humans also all have our own endo-cannbinoid system in which every person has traits that are exclusive to them, hence why we could for example stand in a room with 5 people and all smoke the exact same thing and all of us would potentially feel slightly different effects based off the internal preferences of our endo-cannabinoid system.

  17. Do we really need medical evidence that cbd works? Take some, if you dont feel anything take more. If you dont feel anything take more up to like a couple hundred milligrams. If you dont feel anything…it doesnt work for you. If you do feel something……its working

  18. It gave me good sleep and improved my metabolism overall, I felt healthy overall and I could take care of my anxiety better .also you need to take the dosage right . doctor told me to stop it after a month so my symptoms are back again..
