Fulton, N.Y. — A Fulton mom was arrested Monday after she let kids hit her marijuana vape and gave them alcohol, according to the Fulton Police Department.
Amy Marie Carroll, 37, let her 16-year-old daughter and her friends smoke a vape with marijuana oil in it, said Lt. Lucas Hollenbeck. She also gave the girl and her friends alcohol she had bought, he said. Hollenbeck did not say what type of alcohol it was.
The police were notified when the parents of the girl’s 13-year-old friend made a complaint to the child abuse hotline, Hollenbeck said.
Carroll was charged with first-degree unlawful dealing to a child, third-degree criminal sale of cannabis, acting in a manner injurious to a child, according to arrest records.
