  7. End probition on weed. Tylenol has evidence that’s killed people , alcohol, Some subscription pills, and other street drugs like fentanyl. However THC has no evidence of killing anyone but it being illegal empowers the criminals . if ya move THC to a safe retail and it’s not considered illegal you put consumers away from criminals and deprive criminals from becoming more dangerous and rich by it being illegal .   12. People need to understand that over half the country is legalizing and it is clear that cannabis is no where near a schedule I level of substance.

    Alcohol has destroyed many lives and was banned and unbanned yet the government drags it's feet on this issue is ridiculous, I am aware that the only way the government will okay this is if they stand to gain from it tremendously, the financial incentive for it to remain illegal is just too high for the government to give it up. If we honestly look at the money made through the justice system from the enforcement and prosecution of cannabis laws it clearly points to a lucrative operation for the government.

  15. We need to legalize recreational marijuana. If our government really cared about our safety they’d see that alcohol causes more harm then marijuana.

    Having Marijuana illegal is causing more harm then good. Including people lacing street marijuana with shuttle more addictive synthetic cannabinoids, or metallic salts.

    We need the government allow the fda to regulate marijuana.

    There should be nothing wrong with a safe and temporary buzz god made to be discovered.

    God is all, god didn’t say anything about marijuana, he told us if anything use all the plant he gave us, for food, medicine, and for fun if we evolved to a point to be conscious enough to understand.

    Marijuana doesn’t effect your judgment, it plays with your memory by making every moment feel like a moment.

    Alcohol plays with your judgment and memory to a point you cannot remember things, sometimes nothing.

    Plus alcohol’s a poison, thc plugs into our natural cannabinoid receptors. Have you ever ran for a mile or 2. That’s what marijuana feels like.

    I like to use it when I’m doing lighter weights like dumbbells or a machine. 1)it makes working out more fun by helping time feel like it’s moving faster. 2) it doesn’t hurt as bad. 3)I smile a lot more and wanna laugh at the fact I’m at the gym again… when I wanna be greedy eating salmon.

  17. What kind of stupid law is that. Only legal in Cherokee? Its alot better then alcohol. And some of these laced weed going on around here. We need a store so people dont get screwed getting it from the street.

  19. NC had no problem with a destructive substance like tobacco; alcohol has their "blessing", religious hypocrites dominate the state…and those of us with some sense left NC as soon as we could. After living in a blue state for years I couldn't imagine going back to living in a state that has no respect for basic human rights.
