  1. I love cbd, I've been taking it for a couple of years for anxiety and joint pain. The topical seems to work best for pain, and the oil for anxiety and sleep. I just wish that It wasn't so expensive.

  2. Great talk! Found the insights presented in this talk very valuable. However, you statement that ''CBD does not get you high'' is not completely accurate. Speaking from my personal experience, taking a dose of 10ml 5% CBD oil I do feel high but nothing like the high that one would experience from THC related products.

CBD related high in my experience is not mind numbing but I do find it more difficult to focus. In general, I would experience higher dopamine levels together with enhanced energy levels. My thought process would be a bit scattered, one could say all over the place. Furthermore, activities that require higher level of concentration, such as reading, also become more challenging after the intake of CBD oil.

Could anybody advice on this? It could be that the amount of CBD I take is simply too high hence the unwanted side effects. Thanks!

  3. With respect that you know what you are talking about, you surely must admit that anyone that has the need to repeatedly escape reality in a cloud of cannabis, is a dangerous lead.

Just this weekend my 42 year old son has suffered a horrendous mental breakdown.

He had to take the week off work as a result of mild COVID. During that time he obviously massively overdosed above his usual daily intake of cannabis.

Why can’t people handle problems naturally within their own coping system. It is ridiculous to come to depend on whatever you learn to take, to help you cope. Whether it be coffee, chocolate, junk food, or a wide range of ‘drugs.’

I am aware that there are medical benefits to the plant, as indeed there are within certain poppies, but like all things of this ilk, the beneficial part of the drug needs to be separated and taken under prescriptive doses, rather than be solely restricted by the amount you can afford.

  4. > Smoke cannabis everyday for 15 years
    > Don't love being super high all the time but it alleviates stress, anxiety and depression so well (mentioned symptoms are far more detrimental to my productivity than being a little high)
    > Finally able to get medical cannabis in my country
    > Get on it and get my first order of 2:1 CBD/THC oil
    > Try it
    > Didn't get really high, but felt all the relieving qualities that I was familiar with
    > Order CBD only oil
    > Realise why I smoked everyday for the last 15 years (CBD rulez)
    > Don't have to be impaired but still relaxed and extremely well-functioning
    > Profit in every aspect of life to the point where you want to scream its potential from a soap box
    > Use YouTube comment section as soap box
    > No one hears lol
