The FAA properly revoked the license of an Alaska pilot suspected of transporting marijuana within the state, the Ninth Circuit said.
After the Federal Aviation Administration revoked James M. Fejes Jr.’s pilot’s license in 2017, the National Transportation Safety Board affirmed that decision. Fejes filed a petition for review with the US Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. But the appeals court said Monday the FAA was within its rights in making the revocation decision.
