  1. There is so much money to be made. They get money from taxes and even more from DUI arrests. Surprised they haven't yet. 700,000 DUI targets just isn't enough they need everyone high so they can just pull people over at random and say they smell weed and the odds will be in their favor for DUI arrest. They refuse to change the law causing the problem of driving while having a med card so they must want the DUI money.

  2. Listen prison's are big business. They can't lock us up forever for smoking a joint anymore. Cannabis is medicine and so much more. Money hungry pigs paid to have it made illegal. We now have a voice as a country to stop inside corruption. We the people want our medicine and will not comply with financial motivated decisions. It's completely natural. These horrific laws need changed based on quality of life not greed. I will no longer comply. We the people have spoken!

  3. Imagine, a cop not being on board for legalizing weed 🌿. The cops just want any excuse to create an underclass to pay fines and occupy the jails. Also the prison keeps people out of the job market. If we were free we would be free to choose.

  4. B.U.L.L.S.H.I.T….MEDICAL ISN'T HARDLY AS GOOD AS STREET…WHO TF PUTS FENT. IN WEED…I CALL MANIPULATION…IS PENNSYLVANIA STILL THE MOST CORRUPT STATE OUT OF ALL STATES? YOU TRY TO PUT AND KEEP CONTROLS ON THE PPL WHILE LETTING, MAINLY WHITE PPL BENEFIT FROM OWNING AND DISTRIBUTING WHAT YOU WERE SENDING US TO JAIL FOR. CORRUPTION!

  5. I'll be surprised if Pennsylvania ever legalizes recreational cannabis . This state likes to over analyze everything .
And PA is one of the highest taxed states in the Country….. so if does pass it will be expensive .

  6. Pennsylvania has NO choice but to follow neighboring states, and legalize…and they Know it!!…they will lose Hundreds of Millions, as NJ is a few Weeks away from opening Stores. People are underestimating how much money this industry brings……always follow the Money.

  7. Marijuana is already the most studied plant on Earth, and is arguably one of the most investigated therapeutically active substances known to man.
To date, there are now over 20,000 published studies or reviews in the scientific literature pertaining to marijuana and its active compounds.

  10. He thinks they need more data? There's a WEALTH of data regarding recreational marijuana in states that have had it for years now, and most of it is pretty positive. Aside from tax money that it would bring, underage people in these states are actually doing it less than in states where it's not legal. Cops don't like it because there's no breathalyzer to tell them if you've had marijuana, but it's definitely not causing issues on the roads. There's a bar on every street corner and people driving drunk everywhere, maybe they should start replacing some bars with dispensaries, we'd be far better off.

  11. I have no problem with this except I can't stand that awful "skunk" smell. My neighbors smoke but since I live in a side by side duplex and that smell comes right through my walls.
