Tommy Ryan Meadows, 31, and Josh Aaron Shepard, 30, both of Summmerville, were arrested in Rome after police said that during a traffic stop on Ga Loop 1 at Depot Street they found THC Wax (dab) and marijuana.
Both are charged with possession of a schedule I controlled substance.
Shepard is additionally charged with possession of marijuana.
