I've done a little reading and noticed a relation between all 3 or maybe I'm missing fundamentals

Hey I want to ask something if I am already getting 100 percent RDA of Vitamin A and D via multivitamins can I just take Fish oil or take cod oil still

WHAT is the remaining oil? this to me tells me basically half the oil is not good and if that is right then say wanted to take 600 units of epa then would need to double the dose, but then double the bad also. some of these bottle labels are really one sided on the ratio others are simple and only list the 2.

A couple of questions: Can anyone attest to the quality of Seven Seas (UK) Omega 3 Maximum Strength 1250 mg Fish Oil? 1963 mg Omega 3 nutrients of which EPA = 688 mg and DHA = 313 mg. Vitamin D = 10 mcg. I bought a pack of 30 capsules in the middle of last month, April, 2024, with a Best Before End date of end 06 2026. Does the fish oil in the capsule keep well from going rancid, and for over 2 years, as indicated on the box?
Is it true that people with high cholesterol shouldn’t take the omega 3 because it increases the fat in their blood & causes the body cholesterol to escalate ?
Your videos are so informative and accurate to my findings.I was on medication for hypothyroidism no surgery but was given radio iodine with kills off the gland.I began to educate myself (watching your videos)on supplements I chose and 10 years later no medication.Regular thyroid levels.😊
So i watched this video. It is informative but the title threw me off. Cause i thought i was going to be informed on how consuming Omega 3 is reflected in the body in 30 days. Rather we just got information on what does omega 3 do and help with.

Everyone’s all about the trendy supplements when old school ones like cod liver oil are forgotten about.
Anecdotally my grandmother said she had an aunt who lived to be 105 and she took cod liver oil everyday
