  1. Thank you for this Video..I got out of prison in 2008 and could not get on track..needless to say i went to jail a few more times after being released..But after breaking down numerous times, I Finally went to the Dr…i was diagnosed PTSD amd depression.I had no clue i had all these symptoms you named. I thought it was normal to live under that much mental obstacles…I am getting treatment for the violence I have commited and seen and I have hopes the CBD will be a part of the healing. I currently work a good job. I HAVE LOST out many opportunities dealing PTSD but I hope one day to regain some normalcy, whatever that may look like.

  2. I have CPTSD. In my singular experience(can't speak for others), I find that talk therapy makes everything worse. The rumination and anger increases and you feel more and more ostracized for events you had no say in. You feel like you belong to a lower cast of people and that the so called "life skills development" is patronizing. I usually take adaptogenic herbs, lithium orotate, fish oil, magnesium to manage stress. I only tried hemp oil a week ago and am feeling very hopeful. I do not feel as angry and sleep better. When I start ruminating, I feel a can push the thoughts away. Lookin forward to reading more on it.
