I stumbled on your video looking for a way to make hemp cream to add to my homemade Hummus as a substitute to add some creaminess to it as I can't eat Tahini. But the cheese looks awesome! Will give it a go!!
It looks like you put grated carrots and then something dark (7:35 on tape) but I could not tell what it was but it looked good. Thank you. You have the best recipe.
This looks oh so good. I was looking for a recipe that didn't use real dairy. I love hemp seed. Thank you so much. I just found your channel girl, keep a rocking.
That looks very nice. I have made hemp seed ‘milk’ in a similar way, I thought I had to have mix it with vinegar and lemon and separate or strain after letting it rest or cooking. My question is; is this essentially just the same as just using less water when liquidising?
That looks so delicious but since I’m allergic to bread- I will definitely put in on a waffle or pancake sandwich! Oh, how the mind and stomach will reach new depths.
Hi Chef Cynthia, I can’t seem to find where you explain the bread technique in your blog. As you know I love, love, love your Simple Bread! Wondering if you could think about teaching us to make French loaf (Gluten free, Dairy free, Egg free). Blessings to you! Lisa
I made the is just now, I have seen videos of alkaline hemp cheese that is in block form but I don’t have a cheesecloth so I am grateful to find this video of just a cream cheese Ssoooo good!!! I made a smaller batch than your measurements I did Less than 1 cup of hemp seeds 1 lemon Garlic powder Pepper Sea salt Dill And splashes of water it really did not need much since it was a smaller amount the lemon juice was a good amount of liquid

Hey Cynthia, looks good what you made there, your hemp cream cheese, the dill was a perfect idea what you added to your cheese, you don't need to add anymore spices to it, had looked good so the way it was, good choice 🤗, and good appetite. 😊😉 Mmm, yummy. 😉😊😆
