  2. Thank you! I went off amitriptyline, Klonopin, tramadol, gabapentin, Zanaflex, Melatonin and literally a lot of various other medicines in between all because of Cannabis! My body was shutting down. But a big problem I have is sleep. This video explains why when I used both the vape form and drink form (ediables) that I slept like a baby! I have a back like a 65 year old and the only medicine I use now is maybe a flexeril like after my car accident because I absolutely needed it. I have stomach issues so something I need pepcid or promethazine. But I I’m not on those everyday either!!! Cannabis lotion helped my face when I had Bell’s palsy!!! As well as when I was having horrible side effects from a kidney stone!!! It didn’t help a whole lot with the kidney stone though but it helped with the nausea which is a plus in my book!!! 😊💨🌱💚 Ohio just leaglized it but now trying to take it away! 🤦‍♀️

In my country is illegal so I'm buying some bad quality weed and I got a pipe so I take 6 hits and go to bed it helps to sleep fast but I woke up early definitely I'm smoking sativa, there's cbd oil but it's a lot of stress to go to the doctor and convince him I need weed , people are very stupid about the benefits of cannabis here yet

  4. This is my comment or opinion? Insomnia is a unhealthy symptom? What are the hours when you sleep? 12 to 6 in the evening? When you have insomnia you are lying down your eyes closed or not for 11 hours you did not sleep? Insomnia is that you did not fall asleep. If you do fall asleep. You can be asleep for 2 hrs. Yes or no? Insomnia interrupts the time you sleep and the time you are awake? If you don't have insomnia you can shut your eyes for a hour and take a nap for 15 minutes. There is a sleep dose that you can take diphanhydramine/Benadryl and melatonin 25/50mg. My opinion is I don't think if you are unhappy or not? Angry or upset. It is not a symptom how are you feeling? My question is you know what a sleep dose is for? Do you drink 4/5 cups of regular coffee? Smoke 5 hits of marijuana. What time? Before you take a sleep dose? For what? Do you have to? For example a piece of cake. No thank you. Moderation is good. Insomnia is unhealthy insomnia will drag and drain you and how you are feeling? And what you are supposed to do? If you don't use an alarm clock. Another example the FDA what is that? Who are they? What do they do? Do they drive a police car? Yes or no? The FDA is not a occupation. Is it Food and drug administration? They should call it For dumb Adults!? Don't you know that? If you drink something that has sucralose or aspartame.You will have serious arthritis pain. The only thing that helps that problem is 5/Tylenol every 5 hours for a few days. Walmart and DollarTree owe me money? I bought hot chocolate cough syrup a jug of Arizona watermelon ice tea. That has sucralose and I had arthritis pain. Drove myself to the hospital at 3:30am at night. Observation executive office

A few suggestions: have someone with an eraser clean your board, even better would be to practice your video with another person that could write on and erase the board, you are almost inaudible when you speak facing the whiteboard that way you could remain much more audible.   6. Dr Mike – Research CBN. THC degrades to CBN and it is awesome for sleep! Maybe you’ve covered it in newer videos. Just decarb your cannabis for a longer period of time and THC-A that changes to THC will further change to CBD.

  7. Ive been smoking daily for the past 4 years, and i did a tolerance break a year ago. Then i fcked up cause i came back to my country 3 weeks in the tole break and start smoking again like a chamo cause i have experiênce with smoking
    I cant smoke cbd i dont like the feeling, so my only option is to stop and smoke less, dont smoke trought out the day and be Smart when to smoke
    In my country its illegal and we only have weed or hash at lower prices but i only buy hash cause its the cheapest and best option for me rn
    Do you have any opinion that can help me reduce my tolerance smoking less and smarter?

  8. You never once mention the THC strains. Indica would be what you should use for sleep. You certainly wouldn’t want to use a Sativa strain as that gives a “speedy” buzz.

    On a technical note, because you’re not wearing a nice and keep turning away from the camera, the audio weakens substantially.

    Oh, and buy a white board eraser, dude!

  9. As much as I love sativa strains extended use of these strains ruined my sleep quality, most likely because of the high THC content of these strains. I switched to Indica strains, low in THC and it definitely made a major difference in my sleep quality.

  10. Be careful people! A study was published how THC lowered chimps testes and testosterone levels. I have been using THC as a sleep aid for years but now am discontinuing.

  11. I haven't slept well in about 2 years. Instead of getting on another prescription I finally tried a dry herb vape. I have finally slept! 8 hours each night!!! So crazy how well it works.

  12. I was under the impression that THC helps you fall asleep but will not improve the quality. You need other compounds to have a complete relaxation/sedative effect. Like full spectrum! The entourage effect works wonders
