Hello. How do you make insulation once you have the fiber? Thanks for sharing your experience. I am considering to grow it to insulate the roof of the house I live. How much fiber you get per square meter of hemp? Thank you!
Does it bother anyone else that the artisans in all of these bast fiber demonstration videos are so carelessly haphazard in the breaking, hackling, combing, etc. processes? I see so many pieces of fiber flung in all directions that could have been conserved if the work were done a little slower and more carefully. Presumably the cast -off shorter bits are gathered and made into tow, which is a lower quality product, but there wouldn't be so much tow if they just slowed down! (Now get off my lawn and go clean your room!)
Consider a pellet press for the shiv cellulose this gasification unit can conservativelly support 100kva generation With secondary gasification this will supply your synthetic NG, steam, Co2, secondary heating needs
So happy to have found this video, thanks for sharing. We also made a hemp stalk beater, from watching Hemp for Victory and then google images! You can see it here – https://www.instagram.com/p/CA7ncRjniRl/?utm_source=ig_web_copy_link We plan to make the same following two tools you have also for processing the fibre further
this looks wicked! this is an insane amount of effort to put into creating something and once you manage to make it into something I am sure you value it more, you respect it and look after it… exactly the opposite of buying something cheap and quick that's been mass manufactured and shipped from a far away country which we disrespect, mistreat and throw away… a way to save this planet is perfectly demonstrated in this video! respect 🙂 thank you for sharing 🙂
I love hemp clothing
