  1. I bet that not a single person claiming to have had physical withdrawal symptoms from cannabis was seriously addicted to substances that trigger real withdrawal symptoms.
It can definitely be an addiction, but a psychological one.
And your brain can do a lot of crazy stuff, if i see white powder i get sweaty hands, fast heartrate and immense addiction pressure even though im 6 or 7 years clean from coke. Also on opioids, sometimes i forget to take my methadone, some times i feel like im getting into withdrawal 6 hours after intake, despite the knowledge that it would take about 48 hours for it to start getting out of my system.
And i know that stuff feels real, the thing is, it's just made up by my brain and when i notice im getting into a situation like that it goes away instantly.
If you don't have rebound symptoms from using cannabis medically it's basically all in your head. Best way to quit is to travel one or two weeks through another country, you won't even think about weed because your so occupied with life. Of course, when you come back home and probably get the same "withdrawal"-symptoms like before, you know you have to change something in your life, because this is the main reason you think you need weed, it's a crutch or a cope to some and if you're in this group, look for something to do that fulfills you.
Without this fulfillment, we will all go back to one or the other crutch and nothing will change in the long run, in fact it may get worse.
Addiction is a symptom of a bigger underlying issue, one step at a time, but without solving the root problem it probably will come back and in any form at that.

  2. My body started shacking (for the third time) after 1 month and 9 days , the shaking decreased compared to the first ones and I handle it better now , but still I was no expecting this after a month and 9 days , the fight goes on !

  3. been smoking weed since i was 14 pretty much an 1/8th up to a half oz every day and sometimes more. i'm about to turn 25 and I've tried to quit countless times. I'm currently trying to quit again and I'm the farthest along I've been. I've only watched a few of your videos and I already feel closer to being able to let go of weed and change my mindset. Just want to say thanks for providing real experiences and ways to cope with withdrawals. currently in the sweating my ass off and no appetite stage. Never looked at from the viewpoint of what do I fear about my future while still smoking and a future where i'm still smoking as much as I was is terrifying. That is the main driver keeping me away from smoking again right now. I really think I can make it this time and these videos are making it so much easier.

  4. Feel like i get all the symptoms of each stage within the first 4 days 😅 been smoking 14 years straight, relapsed many times after months of quitting. Currently on day 4, again! Hang in there guys. We got this.

  5. Has anyone else smoked EVERYDAY for 20 YEARS? I just hit year 20 of everyday weed smoking and I wonder if it will be harder for me than some of you mentioning 5 years, 7 years, etc.

  6. I feel so much better but use to convince my self it made me better. Your better without, first 3 days are rough. After 15 years, now days they are putting things into weed. I’m happy, depression went away, mind is turning back on. Just distract yourself

  7. Jesus will fix the addiction in one day , no trouble with sleeping , no bad moods , no negative effect on the body or mind, my urge and addiction was history in 24 hours and i still dont want it at all ,bye bye addiction ,
    Thank you Jesus 🙏💖☝️🙋

  8. Bro. Im sorry but I'm 55yrs old and I been smoking weed since 13 and the honest truth is 8 never I mean ever gone through withdrawals symptoms so I don't know what u talking about , withdrawals and feeling are 2 different things and how u feel mentally when u don't have the money to buy weed of course u gonna feel some type of way but is not withdrawals symptoms bro. I respect what u doing but is not a such thing as weed withdrawals and I'm being as honest as I can be .

  9. I smoked every day (unless I couldn't get any for a day or two) for 25 years. I quit on 4/20/20 coming up on my 4 year anniversary. Never thought it was possible. It was my identity and I loved it. It was NOT easy. Dealing with emotions i had suppressed, insomnia, loss of appetite, sweats, crazy dreams when i did sleep. I give all the praise to God. I would'nt have done it for myself and couldn't have done it without his strength. I am periodically still tempted and triggered by certain things but I just remember why I quit and how far i've come and it gives me the motivation to keep going. I also quit cigarettes in September 2020 after a 17 year habit by the grace of God and haven't looked back. I didn't love myself but when I realized God loved me, I couldn't continue to damage myself. Praying all of you out there trying to break the chains of addiction are able to break free by the power of Jesus, the one who has victory over all! God bless 🙏

  10. I'm three weeks in on my third attempt of quitting. I'm serious this time about it. My question is.. when do the headaches subside?! I'm DYING! pain relief just doesn't help

  11. I have never seen your channel before. I came across it whilst I am in my first day of quitting weed after being a user for over 25 years. I think it maybe fate, the sense you make is incredible, it really felt like you were speaking directly to me. I’ll keep you updated on my recovery. I will definitely be back.

  12. Been smoking for 10 years straight. I am 27 now and I want to pursue a career in aviation. So far I'm 5 days in and my goal is to make it another 85 days so I can get cleared for a first class medical certificate. The journey so far has been tough! But hopefully it starts easing up now that I'm coming up on 1 week of being sober.

Good luck to anyone else trying to make a positive change in their life!
