  1. We need open minded senators. This could bring in yield of over 4 billion a year and it would offer a new cash crop in Tennessee. We haven’t had a cash crop in Tennessee since tobacco and that has gone down in the years.

  2. Cannabis and marijuana are already legal and lawful according to international Maritime Court minute recorded by the United States Navy has firmly and clearly indicated with no doubt that marijuana is encouraged to be used by the United States Navy to before euphoria and for fun and not to be afraid to smoke it wherever and whenever you want and that is not unlawful or illegal whatsoever and not to be allowed restrictions or restraints and to beware of ill-willed ignorant alcoholic mostly ignorant illiterate non-attentive in school or an academy of underariness or employee or plot or con or scam or a scallywag plan to steal

  3. ALCOHOLIC W A R N I N G S ALERTS POSED VIGNETTES ON ORIGINAL COMMERCIAL ADHESIONS ENGRAVINGS EMBOSSED , MARKINGS EMOJIE ICONIC OR PLAIN IMAGES M U S T INCLUDE AGE RESTRICTIONS OF ADULT ONLY OVER 25. TWENTY FIVE YEARS OF AGE . DRIVER B EWE ARE AND SICK CONDITIONS OF FATAL AND MORBID OR TRAUMAS OF PAIN ENDURANCE AMNESIA ETC

  4. TN is 5th in Cannibis production?! 🤣 That's hilarious! The "War on Drugs" is either a complete lie or a monumental failure or both. You don't want my money? Fine. I've been smoking Cannibis in Tennessee for 40 years. It's everywhere. It's cheap. ..and it's quite good. Thank You! ..or not.. It's a little annoying that I have more FREEDOM outside of my own state and that there are all these other states that treat me like an adult, but 2 can play that game. 😉

  5. My opinion yes … but I say this as a former grower . But you need to keep an eye on where it is sold and who is buying . You need to randomly check what is in the weed … some people are jerks and have laced it ( in the past , and this is or can be dangerous .)

  6. Over-taxation is what keeps the black market flourishing. Tax it reasonably and it would be a huge success. A boon to the state. Anyone who thinks alcohol is safer than marijuana should put the bottle down long enough to give it sober thought.

  7. Tennessee stands a better chance of passing it if they start with medical marijuana first and then later talk about recreational
If Tennessee doesn't pass either the medical or the recreational then they also have to stop selling that hemp marijuana otherwise Tennessee is just being biased

  8. Allow it. Tax it the same as alcohol or cigarettes. Law enforcement has never had someone fight them when high. When they’re high they’re chill, wanna eat, play video games/ watch movies. Legalize it, at the minimum support medical use for those of us with anxiety.

  9. If the government allows alcohol and government pills (DOPE) to be legal, than, shouldn't a natural growing "plant" be legal as well. Marijuana is much more safer than either of the other two and it actually cures sickness unlike the others. 💯

  10. yeah lets not forget all the moonshine and meth going on here…none of that is going to taxes and the opiate sales all goto the dealers and big pharma!..i just moved to east TN a couple years back and there are so many severe opiate and meth problems here..also jobs are scarce and this would be a good business for the many out of staters(and locals) that vacation here in the mountains.people are selling CBD like crazy here but I feel like there is way less science behind that than marijuana.maybe im wrong…
