  1. This is so eye opening, I have sarcoidosis. Was diagnosed 20yrs ago. Couple things, was put on steriods and told not to take vitamin d. I stopped taking steroid. Got better went into remission. I now take vitamin d. 😊

  2. This would be good, if they weren't trying to block the sunlight by spraying the skies with cloud seeding materials, as well as blocking the rays from hitting the earths surface.

  3. I have a cat and he always have a cold in so much that I thought he would have died but when he was a kitten I saw him going outside every day to take a sun bath and he lived,he is 3 years this year,he still has the Cold but he lived ❤

  4. Does it metter how many I.U. of vitamin d3 I take if I keep my blod level at 80ng/ml for astma?
Can astma be cured with long term vitamin d3?(If yes, how much vitamin d3 should I have in blood?)

  5. i am an asthma and copd sufferer and was hospitalized every year from 2012 to 2019 with acute bronchitis and once with pneumonia. been using what i call my triple therapy since 2019 and it kept me out of hospital. my body can fight off flu and common colds and these no longer lead to chest infections. it consists of : Vitamin D 1000 IU twice a day, Sinupret forte (now i use plus, two tablets a day (one in the morning and one at night) and flugon containing quercetin 2 at morning and two at night. Never had Covid in 2020 or since then. sadly i am a smoker but i am staying out of hospital and live a full productive life. My doctor was amazed i see her only twice a year. i obviously still use my prescribed drug treatment, but i dont use antibiotics and cortico steroids (last 18 months) to recover from mild chest infections, the ones that non-asthma sufferers may also get, that would get worse for asthmatics and copd sufferers. my chest infections if i get one clears up every time

  6. Could you have polymorphism and have good labs regarding vitamin d levels—I brought my vit up to almost 100 but I haven’t noticed improvement. Now that we’ve raised it, my doctor wants me to cut back now.

  7. This may seem like a weird question but I’ve started wearing yellow glasses because it helps me drive better at night but i usually wear them all the time but since I’ve started wearing them I’ve had a bit of a smokers cough which I’ve never had

  8. Doctor Berg 🙂 , you are golden 👏👏 Thank You So-o-o Very Much 🥰 Doctor Berg 🙂 I wear sunscreen and I cover up my face too when in sun 🌞 because I can't bear burning and I knew that somehow the sun's vitamin d is going into my brain through my cap and I am so grateful for Doctor Berg explaining this , it's very valuable to me 👏👏♥️

  9. Which is why bill gates.. a rich techie guy.. is dimming OUR wonderful sun. Don’t worry.. he and his rich buddies all have infrared lights.. all of those things to keep them alive.

  10. Originally developed in Japan (available in the states as well) is a skin patch for asthma. One small patch applied to your chest, upper arm, or back, for 24 hours. There are some possible side effects (what medication doesn't have them?), but there is no steroid content. It worked great for me, almost immediately. Called the Tuloplast patch, it is a treatment for asthma or other pulmonary obstructive disease. I don't know about sunshine, I work outside everyday and still developed asthma.

  11. I went to the Doctor and was feeling very tired, I was very low on Vitamin D, Dr prescribed 50,000 UI Vitamin D, I said I'm very sensitive to taking anything, seems a little high dose, The Doctor said oh you'll be okay, Ive takin that much before and I was ok. Well after 3 days of taking this 50,000 vit D I started having shortness of breath started feeling dizzy felt like I was gonna pass out.,just didn't feel right, I got dressed and thought I need to go to the Emergency room. I was speeding to the emergency room, and yelling out the window God please help me.
Made it to the emergency room and then all of a sudden the side effects I was experiencing started to subside, but I hung around to make sure I would be ok.
Called the Doctor's office the next day couldn't get Her on the phone so I was talking to the nurse and relaying what happened to me and they relayed that message to the doctor the doctor said well that could never happen it's never happened before.
I looked up the side effects to 50,000 IU of Vit. D what I discovered was, I had experienced every symptom of an overdose,( boy I was so mad!!! ) try to explain this to the Dr, but she did not want to hear it , told me to not come back. I guess since the Dr never had a patient that could possibly experience any ill side affects to that much Vit D then I guess she thought it could never happen.
