  1. So basically an American citizen is not allowed to defend themselves against a home intruder because they smoked a joint on the back porch last night. That's not freedom. If a citizen can drink and own a gun I see no reason why a citizen shouldn't be allowed to smoke weed and own a gun. This has turned into a constitutional crisis. This is going to be yet another State's rights issue in the near future.

  2. I have never used but if makes me curious cause everybody else is asking questions and i see these shops around town makes me wonder if their infringing in our god given rights 🤔 cause no where in the second amendment does is say unless they are impaired . It clearly says a well regulated militia for the security of a free state the right to keep and bear arms (AND I QUOTE) SHALL NOT BE INFRINGED . for the security of our free state and our free stage legalized those shops so its obviously infringment because if the young american kids are getting marijuana why is it when they grow old they cant own the things we own because they got those pot shops thrown in their face ?……… obviously infringment from the givernment to the next generation when we clearly passed on those god given rights that can only be taken away by god himself

  3. Many of our Founding fathers used Cannabis in one form or another.
1803 Marberry vs Madison "Any law that is Repugnant to the Constitution is Null and Void"
Even our founding fathers could see the tyranny coming from hundreds of years in the past and gave us a way out!

  4. They now have bar codes on licenses. Not a smoker but have seen them scan licenses to by cigarettes and booze in liquor stores. I would assume they would do the same. Never took notice but probably need to show to buy bullets also. So now they can track ANY kind of purchase anywhere from any state that requires a license scan no doubt

  5. This has always been a dumb law. That’s like saying people who drink liquor don’t have the right to own a gun. You get caught with a gram of weed, it’s a warning maybe a citation. You get caught with a gram of weed and a gun, all the sudden your el Chapo getting booked for trafficking. Just because someone smokes weed in their spare time doesn’t mean they shouldn’t be allowed to defend themselves.
