  1. In order for the receptors to don’t get used to anything is simple for me
One or two months is beer and another month or two just Pot
    Problem solved ..Period .

  2. Iv been using medical marijuana for a few months now. Tarsa coalition in both feet. I find that it helps with inflammation and pain, I also find that I can be more compassionate towards myself and others. Seeing things from different angles as opposed to me mysel and I. I love flower and gummies, haven't done extracts yet well see lol

  3. Had the same effect as I have GAD. The cannabis dulled me from experiencing the GAD symptoms but when I was not using it, the symptoms of GAD were prevalent. The temporary relief was welcomed and it really did help but in the long run it was not that great. I do feel though that cannabis has the potential to help us if we don't use it in an addictive manner.

  4. I don't smoke blinkers, dabs or concentrate of any sort, that way my tolerance levels are always exactly right. I'm not doubting Hubermans data, but THC isn't the entire picture with pain relief, or any other beneficial effect of cannabis. I've had low THC strains with terpene profiles such that they perform far better medicinally than the high THC strains, so it's not necessarily true that THC tolerance means a person must consume more THC to get the desired pain relieving effects.

  5. I smoked all day, everyday for 20 yrs
.. all of a sudden 1 day I developed chronic generalized anxiety and panic disorder

Never had an issue smoking weed, until the government got involved..

  6. Was a heavy cannabis smoker from age 17-30ish and one day there was a switch where it made me feel panic and dp/dr and it was no longer fun. Had to stop. I’ve been dealing with on and off higher levels of anxiety since then. I can’t say its necessarily the exact reason why I have anxiety now but I feel there maybe a strong connection. Whenever I decide to do edibles or try it again – I’m thrown off and it triggers an anxious state for a weeks. Idk .

  7. I mean if y’all listen to the entire podcast you would have a better understanding of the drug and the effects on your brain and body. A huge amount of information from 1000s of studies done on this and he covers it with the rest of this podcast. A great listen for anyone using or not using cannibas.

  8. I do not agree. I used it for the last 50 yersq, daily for the last 12 years and kept the quantyti stable: because I decided so from the begining. We are not equal.

  9. When I turned 22 I tried weed for the first time. As the year went further in I experienced really uncomfortable sleep paranoia. For 11 months the longest I had gone without consuming was two weeks.

I then took a six and a half week break, and am so pleased. Now I have a set limit of no more than 2 times a month. Glad I don't need it. Life is meant to be experienced predominantly sober.

  10. Ya know I’m focked, been smoking for 10 years. I am 24 and this month is the first month in those 10 years I have not smoked majority of days. The realization that it has been 10 years is kind of scary/eye opening

  11. I find using cannabis using for anxiety is a slippery slope. I have done it. But it doesn't really help. Use cannabis when you are fit and healthy and don't use it for "something"

  12. Cannabis is like a rubix cube and humans are the colors there in. In my opinion that means the endo-cannabiniod system interlocks with certain strains certain ways, with no two people having the same combination(effect) from the same plant. This research, if done right should prove fairly complicated and hard to nail down.

  13. IS there anyone out there that can say that is not true for them ? I stopped using it and now I AM DEBATING . People say " it's my medicine" and I say gotchya. only the sick needs medice. hmmm
