  1. Unfortunately, I was not able to wait 2 weeks before touching c b d. The insomnia was potentially life threatening, due to me having to drive and using my mental faculties for work. I do not know why I have gotten extremely bad insomnia from withdraw. What the odd thing is, I don't seem to have any of the other symptoms like depression. Just extremely bad insomnia. I never want to touch marijuana again. I'm done for life. If this is what the withdrawal effects are like.

  2. Cbg in the day and cbd at night or pair them together. Cbg is a game changer for me. If i take cbg at night i dream really good too! Gonna use cbg and cbd to help taper off. Emerald Bay makes CBg white. Try it, it seems more beneficial than cbd in my experience.

  3. Does the CBD have to be broad spectrum or can it be full spectrum with levels as low as .3% thc? Also, a little confused because you said make sure it’s organic but the one on your page isn’t organic? Thank you for your help!

  4. Mann i cant even make it 3 full days bc i have been crippled by my withdraw anxiety and so ima make it as long as i can b4 i get a little crazy again but ill just take a tiny bit at a long enough period

  5. I recently just tried this in the past week. the problem is my brain- after 36 years of smoking can't tell the difference between smoking weed or smoking cbd. smoking is smoking, and it's the mechanical functioning of hand to mouth that seems to be the problem. regardless of substance. I had a year sober, and I started smoking Damiana with skullcap, and the smoking was so triggering I was eventually back to weed.

  6. Im positive cbd is the only reason i am 8 days thc smoke free. I take 20mg a day, if i didnt id be so depressed id just sit and cry for no reason, wouldn't sleep, wouldn't eat, my irritability would be horrible and result in outburts at people i love which would contribute to my depression making me spiral out, i would relapse most definitely

  7. 12 days off the green B.. been using cbd and its great… crazy i had this cbd when i smoked weed and never felt effects and now that thc is gone cbd helping me sleep , deff makes me happier when i start to feel sad lol…Going to stick with it, as i feel way more clarity in my life and it works kinda like a reward as well..

  8. I take CBD at night and yes it'll help you calm down a good bit I have to take 30 mg plus it has a little bit of melotonin in it. Doesn't take long to kick in either maybe 20-30 minutes oh and it's gummies btw and I take that much because I've already taken 10 mg before through out the day and it helped the first time but then the rest of the time it didn't so I switched to another brand plus up the dose to only 30 mg per gummy

  9. Currently, quitting THC vaped. Spent three months pretty much daily smoking THC vape everything from unregulated THC in juice bottles to 10/10 cali disposables. I am an ex alcoholic and t total for life and THC quitting has been 1000% worse than alcohol ever was. Have no interest in relapsing whatsoever because this has been awful. Day 1-3 Nothing whatsoever – you think ahhhhh great I am doing okay Wrong. Day 4-8 Extreme Anger, snapping, no appetite at all. Day 8 you think you're okay but then anxiety kicks in. Your ability to problem-solve and cope with even small changes in routine you are fucked. I have lost lots of weight and currently. Sleep has been non-existent. I am approaching two weeks now and this weekend has been dire. Panic attacks, anxiety, dizzy, raised blood pressure to the point my veins in my neck have felt painful. I am taking some time off work because my ability to focus on tasks, not become too anxious has just gone. I am in the UK and today after reading several academic journals and consulting this video I have decided to explore CBD (in vape form) just to ease some of the symptoms; the anxiety has eased a little, but it is really important that I now use this in combination with other things like exercise, eating again, multi vitamins and generally keep a positive mindset. This has been much much much harder than alcohol ever was. To all those who are here because they are going through the same, best of luck. It is hard but my god I never want to go through this again so do not relapse

  10. I’m on my 11 day of detoxing from 50 mg edibles a few times a week, sometimes daily. On my 10 day I decided to take CBD/CBN for the insomnia symptoms and the more research I did made me realize that CBD is not a good way to ease the symptoms. CBD is also considered a cannabinoid drug even though it’s less known to be addictive it can cause addiction. And withdrawal symptoms for CBD are the same as THC. So if you’re taking CBD for withdrawals you’re just adding to your weed addiction.

  11. thinking of give cbd a chance. what strenght should i look at? i am no stranger to thc, in fact there are nothing that works anymore, as soon i am done with one i roll next,a-b repeat 5g day. iam so tired, no fun anymore.

  12. I call bs on "this stuff is killing it has to potential to kill you "without not explanation of how it kills you when it has helped so many people. At the right amount of thc can help you.

  13. I don't agree with not taking supplements during cannabis withdrawal. You are going through absolute hell and would be thankful to do anything you possibly can to dull the misery–including taking CBD obviously. Do the following and you will have minimal symptoms no matter how much you have smoked and for how long: omega 3 fish oil with very high doses of EPA and DHA, CBD/CBG oil with organic MCT oil base, acetyl-l carnitine, n-acetyl cysteine, ceylon cinnamon, ashwaganda, reishi mushroom, vitamin D, methylated b complex, astaxanthin, NMN (nicotinamide mononucleotide). resveratrol, L-tryptophan, glycine, MCTs/ketogenic diet, high dose magnesium, gingko biloba, bacopa monieri, saffron, L-theanine, holy basil leaf, lemon balm, taurine, GABA, turmeric/curcumin, berberine, chamomile/hibiscus teas, hot showers/saunas, etc.
