Its just weed guys. Detla9 THC is a converted chemical. You have to heat it up to convert other chemicals to delta9 thc. I could get high off his hemp plants lol. The "flowers" are just the buds we smoke lol.
The only difference is in early bud Production THC levels are lower and can be picked and sold is hemp flour versus if you take that same bud left it on the plant to mature a little longer the THC level would increase at that point it would be considered cannabis if I’m correct?.
