  1. For many people quitting weed isn't an option maybe due to certain chronic pain or other problems they suffer. But breaks are super important do whatever you want to your body just do your best to take care of yourself ❤

  2. I didn’t want to comment and express but I’m glad I seen this short vid. This is exactly what I’m going through, can’t eat without 🍃,always want to wake and bake. And when I don’t have it I feel like 💩,Yes I do need to take another break lol

  3. Think it comes down to responsible habits. I’ll have a gummy, smoke, every now and then, maybe once a month at night after I’ve put the kid to bed with the wifey, and we will watch some movies and then go to bed and wake up clear in the mind. To each their own tho.

  4. I just got CHS the other day and it lasted 4 days of just the worst projectile vomiting. It was like something out of the exorcist 😂 I started to ween down as of today and hopefully I can fully quit soon

  5. 25 years straight(almost, small breaks). Still loving Mary after a long day. Looks like my man's is doing carnivore though, you will feel like you can more easily do without it though.
Try edibles with a high fat diet. Yes brakes are good for resetting gabba and dopamine.

  6. I’ve been smoking weed over ten years. At first, I didn’t respect the plant or its medical benefits. I just did it to get high.

Now that I’m older, I appreciate how it helps with PTSD symptoms and helps me gain appetite and sleep through the night.

Plus, I’m the type to know when it’s time to relax, and when it’s time to get off my butt and put in work. I reserve my smoking time to for relaxing, so it feels like I deserved it.

    Balance is key 🔑 🙏

  7. i basically smokes between 3-5 grams a day for 7 years straight no days off and was doing bad. legit junkie ngl even tho its just weed i couldnt even take a bath sober and developped crazy panic attacks and still kept smoking. what worked for me is i bought like 500€ worth of cbd and kept smoking it all day long and eventually after a few weeks i was doing great. now i smoke cbd but i can go weeks without

  8. I'm having a really hard time quitting cannabis. I started smoking when I was 14. I'm 33 now. I am diagnosed with fibromyalgia. So cannabis helps with a lot of the symptoms. But I can't stand how dependent I am on Cannabis / Addicted. I don't really get high at all. I'm a asshole if I don't smoke. I feel like i'm Gold Member on Austin Powers but with weed. I love the taste of it, the smell of it, the way it looks like, everything about it. I really want to take a tolerance break. I always fail cause i'm too addicted. I'm always too weak just to put myself through the withdraw symptoms.

  9. I’ve smoked for 10 years and waste about 400$ a week and I’m convinced it’s possible to die cuz when I quit when I became Muslim I had the worst tremors I couldn’t even stand it felt like I was boutta have a seizure I felt like that for like 3 days or 4 I relapsed on that and other things don’t do Xanax once you quit the first time if you come back it might be your last it sounds stupid but I see people I know die every month from addiction

  10. Weeds easy to control I quit heroin I smoked a ton of weed tho, now I can see the difference between having a habit and being unproductive tho it’s all about balance
