  1. I would love to know your opinion on Carbon 60 olive oil. I know it extended the lifespan of rats in a study and it had a protective effect on rats exposed to a lethal dose of ionizing radiation. But given Brett Weinstein’s work on the flaw behind the studies on lab rats, I don’t know what to make of the C60 studies.
I have taken C60 and it did help to slightly improve my eyesight.

  2. I deduced TA-65 was a scam when it first came out. They claimed that to get the amount of active ingredient in one TA-65 pill it would take a giant truckload of astragalus yet it was not considered a pharmaceutical and so the FDA wouldn't be controlling it.

  3. Excellent, thanks we need way more of this in the community – so much psudoscience crap out there. I'd like to know about Mitopure (Urolithin-A) and Fatty15 – are they scams or legit? Also GG

  4. I knew it, I said David Wolfe was a wolf and fraud back in 2006, in an interview he stated that he walks out in his yard and picks all kinds of plants “everyday “ to eat and it completely satisfies his needs, I called bs on him and I was banned from making any comments. And it’s so nice to hear you mention his fraudulent lifestyle.

  5. I used to like using astragalus, but after Guillain-barre, I avoid anything that can stimulate immune activity. Luckily, alpha lipoid acid (taking to help nerve damage from guillain barre) is said to lengthen telomeres. Thank you for the information; I always learn something here. Would you look at the dodgy supplement called Dr Whittaker’s GlucoGold? Or maybe Prevagen?

  6. Astragalus has been used in Chinese. medicine for thousands of years. It appears to have one benefit but by itself is hardly sufficient. It's dirtl cheap and therefoe among over 100 different supplements I take daily..

I look for researched molecules and then shop for reloable certified sources. For example black elderberry is a strong Sirt 6 acrivator but works only on nuclear DNA unlike fucoidan which also works on ribosomes. I dont know nearly enough about fucoidan molecules to know if far cheaper products would be effective as rhe advertised commercial product. IMO there is no one sikver bullet.

I bever heardcof TA65 and wouldn't have considered it if I had.
