  1. Hey RuffHouse, my order number is 11792. I'm just asking for an update please. it's been awhile and I understand it's just you and not a big company. I just wanna know how much longer I should expect to wait. Thank you 🙂

  2. This is fucking stupid, we should all go to Washington DC and protest because how are they going make something illegal when we already voted to make it legal. The White House should set up a event where the whole United States 🇺🇸 votes if they should fully legalize marijuana or not because this is outrageous. #WHERE'S MY MEDICINE

  3. The DEA lacks authority to make illegal that which Congress has expressly made legal. This is because the DEA is part of the executive branch of the Federal government, which is charged by Article II of the US Constitution with carrying out and enforcing Federal laws. Although it has the authority to enact rules to carry out its Constitutional obligations, the Executive Branch (which includes the Department of Justice (“DOJ”) and the DEA) does not have the authority to enact Federal statutes. If a rule promulgated by the Executive Branch clashes with a Congressionally enacted statute, including by extending its reach or by limiting its scope, the rule violates the Constitution. When a Congressional statute and an Executive Rule conflict the statute always wins. This is where the treaty language comes into play. Under certain circumstances the Executive Branch may enact laws. The DEA appears to be seeking cover under 21 CFR 1308.46, which allows the DEA to bypass normal rulemaking procedures. However, using this procedure, if that is what the DEA is attempting to do, essentially amounts to emergency rulemaking by the DEA that is an abuse of process. It is an attempt to circumvent both the Constitution and Congressional restrictions on its authority.

  4. Pathetic. The DEA is staffed with cretinous weasels that don't care about helping people, they just want to keep their cushy tax-payer funded jobs.
