  1. How significant is EMF exposure (man-made, artificial types of it), during sleeping hours, a problem that meaningfully harms sleep? Both quality, as one aspect, and quantity, as another aspect. Anybody know any resources, articles, or experts who might possess sound knowledge on this subject? Can EMF exposure (including from nearby apartment neighbors' 5G devices) interfere with what's ideally supposed to happen during sleep? ~ I wonder if Dr. Osborne has ever addressed this question? (EMF exposure v/v ability to get quality sleep, and receive the restorative benefits thereof.)

  2. Does mold in body cause unquenchable thirst? I can only drink so much but my head hurts from years of insomnia. I can't walk without alot if pain. Can electrolytes cause burning in abdimen and pressure in feet/ankles. Pumps are not helping insomnia.

  3. Can I beat a lung infection. A pneumonia that was community acquired in a building that has alot of water damage in our apt for over 2 yrs. I am dependant on pumps. I have chronic asthma. The anxiety is based on a criminal impact. Vandalism and water danage makes apt cold and damp and the mold smells. I have brain fog so I am unable to write a letter. I was given Vancomycin and they wanted to give me more after a 10 day oral round of Vancomycin. After 2 days, air pipes are closing. Are there natural antibiotics. My gut is ruined. I was given antibiotics without tests and I was taking 3 at once. Always different hospital and unknown Drs who hear the word mold and I am labeled unbelievable or all in my head. My sinuses are clogged. I cleaned the desumidyfier of mold but it still stinks. Any suggestions? I don't like my options. I need to write a letter to move and it seams impossible without sleep.

  4. Can you please help with cholesterol lowering as my bad cholesterol is 4.3 I don't eat food that can cause this but I do have coeliac gen hypothyroidism hushimoto gen diagnosed with sibo and I'm intollerant to lots of foods I workout daily not over wait

  5. I found that ceasing eating raw spinach helped me sleep better. My bladder was less sensitised, due to the reduction in oxalate crystals from the raw spinach which was making me pee 4 times per night.

She cannot afford functional medicine provider, or expensive testing. I would love for you to do a video on where to focus, in general, to improve health. Along with which supplements to focus on for the most “bang for your buck” Thanks !

Got diagnosed with AlphaGal last week has brought a lot of ongoing issues to the front I am a senior hardly ever sleep lots of trips to bathroom and rolling no deep sleep little core. muscle cramps at night often also. Now trying to adjust and find the right medicines without all the additives. Thanx

  9. Ive been off grains for 3 years.
    I have developed more insomnia and sleep apnea since I been keto and IF. Doesn't make sense.
    But when you throw into the mix I have transitioned into menopause during this time…I suspect HORMONES are the key to insomnia. Its like the answers are there in front of us… but the numbers arent in order. Thats where I am at with it. We getting closer thanks to the Dr Osbournes of the world 🙂
