Good video nevertheless, CKD or ESRD patients have been advised to not consume Watermelon since the fluid overload or imbalance can lead to Edema and breathing troubles. Could you please enlighten me on this??
Half these items they mention turn to sugar, the one thing that will put you on a path to dialysis. This video is highly questionable. Do some real research people.
Everything relative….if you have gout as well as kidney stones….well the foods good for kidneys, like spinach, is a purine which is terrible for gout. So sometimes it’s a damn if you do and damn if you dont….

A brilliant video, thank you. I would like to point out one thing, there are two types of Cinnamon, Cassia & Ceylon, it is the Ceylon type that people should be using, the Cassia has a compound in it that when you use more than just a pinch, it can cause liver problems, Ceylon only has a trace of that element & is safe to have half a teaspoonful. I found this on Google :–The biggest advantage of Ceylon Cinnamon is ultra-low Coumarin levels. Coumarin in high doses causes liver failure, so for people who take Cinnamon on a daily basis, Ceylon Cinnamon is the preferred choice.
Thank you for this great information.
Thank you for this important message
Thank you for this info. Looks like I'm on the right track because I eat all these things minus the cabbage but broccoli instead.
