Group backing expanded access to medical marijuana submits 111,402 signatures in support of proposed constitutional amendment

The ballot committee that proposed a constitutional amendment to expand access to medical marijuana said Friday it has submitted enough signatures for its ballot initiative to qualify for the November ballot.
