  1. 6 years ago I had gout so bad in both feet I couldn't walk. I learned on the internet that tart cherries or juice was good for it. When I got to where I could walk I went to Walmart but they didn't have either one. I went to their pharmacy and talked to the pharmacist. He showed me Spring Valley Tart Cherry Extract. I have been taking one capsule a day ever since. I have had only one flare up and it was light. I would highly recommend it.

  2. That is a very good list. I used to eat almost all of those before I went keto. But, not soy and seldom found purple potatoes. I regularly took a shot of cherry juice concentrate. Now I am on a pretty short list.
