  1. With all dear respect, there is not limited evidence for the efficacy of cbd. People are kept stupid for which dose actually yields results. So please don't be the doctor that argues around the science at hand. Respect the evidence that's there.

  2. I tried properly regulated medically supervised CBD to help me out with autoimmune arthritis pain and it did NOT help me at all not even at maximum doses so the dr added a little bit of THC …WOW the THC did work for pain , muscle spasms and helped me sleep finally a good 5 hours in a row , he added THC to my other arthritis and pain meds and I started to notice the pain meds worked much better and at a lower dose and I was able to resume
my gentle excercise and physio and got even better . I still take my pain meds but in lower dose and less frequently .
Also , I did not respond well to the cannabis oils or extracts , when he added a micro dose of THC , je suggested I tried the whole plant and I got the milled flower of an Indica strain THC dominant , learned that I had to bake it in the oven to decarboxylate and this way the THC and many other cannabinoids in the whole flower get activated . (As a cannabis naive patient I did not know that 😂😂, I thought I could just eat the cannabis milled flower straight out of the package ).
I do hope we find more and more cannabis derived compounds that are easily accessible to all patients ,legally , safely , that don’t have psychoactive side effects so we can continue to function in our daily activities . Chronic pain in the 21sr century is just unacceptable .

  3. I'm on privately prescribed cbd and thc oils. They've changed my lives. I no longer have horrific migraines multiple times a month, my anxiety is lower, and it does help my pain. If there's an alternative, I'd definitely be interested. I wish the nhs would do more with these treatments, because even if it is placebo, well that works! I pay a ridiculous amount to have access to it every month because I'm so desperate for help with pain in particular.

  4. I know in 2017 I took prescription govt regulated CBD oil and it worked for inflammation. You start low and increase it at set intervals. CBD not regulated is not in the proper oils and if it says 500mg most of it is actually burned away in the processing. CBD has to be in a certain oil, not alcohol or bad carrier oils. It's a myth that it's a pain reliever just like marijuana. It is an anti-inflammatory. If it causes your inflammation to go down or disappear your pain will ease. Headaches, migraines, broken bones etc aren't caused by inflammation so it is useless for those and other pain. People claiming to not feel pain smoking weed, well like alcohol, when you are high, you "feel no pain" so to speak. Because you are not sober. Not because it's killing pain.

  5. I've been taking PEA for brain fog, and at the very least I've found my word recall to be better than it was, and I get lost from one room to the next less often. Sadly, it's a supplement and thus not covered, so I can't afford it every month. I do notice a difference when I don't take it- I feel much more stupid and foggy. Would I have improved in time without the PEA? Idk, but my doctor thinks it unlikely for me to recover much, and I do backslide when off it, so take from all that what you will. One person's anecdotal evidence. 😊
