  1. i have never heard of the 1st one cbg? I still need Zanaflex to sleep after cbd or cbn. I do get a nice high, but I get a "drug hangover" real bad the next day. I need joints the next day. I do not have any of the devastating diseases that you mention. No heart issues. I take lisinipril. What about those of us who don't have als, epilepsy, etc. I don't like cbn as much as cbd. Actually, I prefer joints to edibles, vaping, etc. I am a hard-core insomniac. Actually, I do need Norco for pain. I tried Percs after a compression fracture, but they were too strong for me at the time. Thank you. But I would have preferred more info on the just getting high effect, as that is what I'm looking for: i.e. just relaxing & feeling "better", not therapeutic benefits. I understand a lot of people don't like pharmaceuticals, though.

  2. CBN is awesome for sleeping. You can make a tincture by decarbing your buds for an extra amount of time. This changes the THC to CBN. Not good if you’re at a concert, but if you’re home and it’s bed time, it’s great to help you get eight hours of sleep if you otherwise have trouble sleeping.

  3. what good is this miracle plant if we have "science" and "goverment" that tell us it's a federal 1 substance with no medicinal value while they somehow patented the plants ability to produce a super neuroprotectant and antioxidant, for 20 years(Patent 6630507b1)? What good is my medication if I can't even feel legitimately better because I also believe, to be a good person I need to believe and follow my "goverment" and "science" but my intuition is telling me it's something far more sinister. The Cognitive Dissonance is wrecking me. I'm about to throw in the towel and get on designer drugs, legitimately of course, for my anxiety and ADHD because the grass looks so much greener. Pun intended. I worked at a dispensary and was fascinated when I started studying the ratios, the 20:1 has really changed my life and helped me come full circle with cannabis. Hemp is literally the cannabis plant with a specific ratio of cannabinoids. But it was classified as hemp a few decades ago for "legal" reasons instead of educate everyone on said ratios. I write this because it is truth. Getting "High" is simply wanting "more" and that's the "consumer" in us that will never be satisfied, gotta have the next iPhone, the next year model car, THE HIGHEST % of 0:1 ratio because why should we not recreation-ally consume a medication unknowing the ratios and true potential? What about education people on the truth? The truth is that Cannabis in it's current state can yes Help you, or Hinder you, depending on what ratio you're taking and how much. It's literally not rocket science. Two receptor sites in the body, Cb1 receptors are predominately in the central nervous system(brain/spine) + joints and CB2 receptors predominately located in the peripheral nervous system(organs) & a little in the brain. Depending on what ratio you consume will determine where the phytocannabinoids will bind to the specific cb1 or cb2 receptors and or both.

  4. Overactive brain, me too. My brain won't shut up. I have always had a hard time falling asleep. I used to have a cocktail (rum & coke) and that would help me sleep but it made me get up and go to the bathroom several times. Now I use CBD and I sleep all night, no up and down bathroom trips. It's also a deeper more restful sleep

  5. Wow first of all this was absolutely a beautiful video. I love the way you broke it down. CBD has completely surprised me. What you described about sleep, IS ME! Which combo would you recommend now. I now it’s been about 6 months since you made this video, but what have you found helps you now?
