I have been looking around for primitive ways to make bars of soap without having to use animal fats store bought oils nor any other store bought supplies. I know you can make lye using wood ashes that are drained with water, but is there any plants that give off enough oils that can be used to make bars of soap? Maybe we can use hemp oil to make soap?If you know of any please share. Thanks!
What scent did you use for this soap? I missed it sorry lol. I've heard that hemp is really nourishing in soap so I want to try it in a recipe but couldn't figure out what scent to use. Thanks for another wonderful video!
marijuana (weed) is a close relative to hemp but is Not the same. Hemp has actually a lower amount of the enzyme that give you the high that weed does. Hemp is grown mainly for the uses in products like clothing and beauty products. lol actually pot growers will not grow there weed close to hemp due to the cross-pollination leading to a weaker weed. 🙂 We still use hemp today as they did back then, just probably a little differently.

Because we have so many uninformed people in this country we can't have the marvelous hemp fiber and other wonderful things other countries enjoy, like universal health care, for one.
Many ppl get hung up on hemp being for smoking only when in fact it has more important uses and the gov't has gone against the founding fathers and made it illegal just because the flowers of the female contain THC. Male hemp mature trees produce the strongest fiber known to man and it doesn't mold. It's an amazing plant. It's seeds are a complete protein that could be used for animal feed and human food. The oil from the seeds has healing & moisturizing properties and has omega fatty acids.
