THC also has anti-immflamatories and is the part that calms you down and makes you "chill" which is amazing for a lot people including one's with bad mental states unless you let the anxiety get to you. Don't listen to people when they say that THC gives you paranoia, That's only if YOU think too much and let it get to you. Boxing exercises have been shown to halt Parkinsons from progressing, not getting hit but the exercise. There's a good Doc on youtube about it.
