  3. States that have legalized recreational marijuana

In 16 states, including 2020 and 2021's new additions, weed is treated like alcohol—it’s legal for adults (21 and over) to purchase and is regulated and taxed by the government. The specifics of what you can purchase and possess (and where) vary a bit by state. These states also have medical marijuana.

    Alaska
    Arizona
    California
    Colorado
    Illinois
    Maine
    Massachusetts
    Michigan
    Montana
    Nevada
    New Jersey
    New York
    Oregon
    Vermont
    Virginia
    Washington

I wish Philippines would make it legal.

  4. As an American from California this is inhumane to lock someone up for marijuana. But our U.S. government is to blame for the war in drugs and setting a trend for the world to follow smdh Free the people

  5. Marijuana is a gift from God. It natural grows from our soil. It shouldn't be a reason to arrest someone who enjoys this herb.
Sana maging open na ang government for research and experimentation. Malay naten, ito pala ang magsasalba sa economy ng bansa.

  6. If it's illegal it's illegal. Batas yan eh. Parang pag nagnakaw ka ng bigas tas sasabihin mo di naman pagnanakaw yun dahil pagkain at maliit na halaga lang. If you have a disorder, consult your physician to get the right medication for you. Let's not self medicate lalo na kung di naman legal. Tas magagalit pag nakulong. Logic nga naman ng mga Pilipino.

  7. If everyone who used cannabis in the Philippines went to the police today and admitted to using marijuana the jails could not hold even a tiny fraction of them. Don't overgrow, overflow the prison system. When the government is forced to see the futility of anti marijuana laws because dealing with cannabis users is using up precious resources that should be being used to deal with rapists, murderers, robbers and and other real criminals, they will have to change the laws. If you want change you have to be brave enough to become martyrs for the cause.

  11. arresting someone in their own house without a warrant and just for smoking bud?omfg looool that is so stupid haha its like arresting someone with just a cup of coffee haha what a pity philippines haha we are the only country that promotes crack tho hahaha wala nang pera ang mga pulis at mga kaibigan ung mga nag sha shabu hahaha proud na proud ung mga gago hahaha FUCK THE POLICE wala na kayong silbi wala pa kayong kwenta haha
