  1. dang not bad i assumed they would use 395/405nm light but they are using 365nm UVA!!!! also you say you should not have them on all the time may i ask why? in a book im reading it says that uvb photons are hundreds of times more energetic than UVA, it says UVB actually causes damage too plant dna so you should not have UVB lights on all the time. but you are using UVA and in my book it says that UVA does not cause damage to plant DNA like UVB does? this book was written and revised by people with PHD's and it actually says that UVA helps reverse damage done to plant dna by uvb? am i wrong af? is this book wrong af? please help me !!!! i was under the impression that you could leave UVA lights on the entire time your grow lights are on because it does not produce damage to plant dna like UVB? also plants have chlorophyll receptors and UVR8 receptors on the foliage why should you only use the UV lights at the end of the grow? why not stimulate UVR8 receptors the entire grow? im confused af lol
