Hi Brian, can person after back pain (during compressive forces and dynamic) and being pain free again, do running and jogging – if he is not powerlifter, instead he does running as a hobby? Thanks š
I too, realized that walking at a fast pace delays my back pain for longer durations than walking slowly. Staying still without movement is the worst for me.
I believe the reason fast-paced walking is better for me compared to slow-walking and standing still is that it allows the load to be redistributed among various muscles continuously, preventing any single muscle from being overused for an extended period.
Do you go for daily walks? How do you feel about walking? Check out the article to go along with the video here: https://www.powerrackstrength.com/do-this-type-of-cardio-for-strength-do-not-jog/
Why shouldn't a strength athlete jog or run?
