  1. Question for the Dr’s. I’m not medically educated. If you “pause” on kava use, will your generated tolerance be reduced. In other words, do you start from sqauare one if you stop utilizing medicinal kava for weeks, months or years?

  2. I work in a kava bar, and I work until 2am. It's always busy. It's such a great outlet for people. Iam a recovering drug addict / alcoholic and I get to talk to so many other people that share the same history as I do. Kava is a whole community, and it's very supportive as well

  3. Alcohol used to be a social past time. Young people don't socialise like people used to. They text and speak on social media. They barely interact when together. Thus, alcohol doesn't come into the equation.

  4. I sobered up because the world is getting too real, things are getting crazy, and show no signs of slowing down, and it's the perfect time too get your head together, and be present, and responsive to the situation.

    Let's face the facts; there are hard times ahead. And the last thing I want is a habit that tags along, and brings weight to my decisions.

  5. I’m 65yrs old. I’ve never been into using alcohol. It is a totally debilitating substance and Doctors have been getting wealthy off of people who become addicted to it for years. You can’t live your best life with the use of alcohol.
