Thanks for the opportunity to share about this important topic @TIJ – which is often misunderstood. Essential fats are essential for our health and well-being and a lot of research is pointing to the lack of them in many people's diets as having a critical role to play in mental health and cognitive decline!
Love the info in this! I would, however, suggest significantly reducing the background music or getting rid of it altogether, it made it harder to focus on the actual conversation and info.
