  1. Hello doctor,
My Persian boy cat, 7 years, always has stuffy nose with yellow snot, always sneezing since he was 2 months old. For days he constantly has runny nose amd sneezing. Since 2 months to 7 years he was on prednisolone, dexamethasone and antibiotics every year atleast once.
Will L-lysine help him? What else can I give him to help lessen his respiratory problems.
    Thankyou

  2. Hi Dr Jones, I could really use some advice on this topic. My dog can't seem to tolerate probiotics. Every time I give them to him he starts smacking his lips and swallowing and seems uncomfortable. He has chronic pancreatitis and possibly mild ibd. It this just an adjustment period reaction and should I slowly persevere or do you think they just don't agree with him? Thank you.

  3. Dr Jones, can you pop up on your Short videos the recipe for cream for our fur babies, from memory it was 2 tablespoons coconut oil/castor oil (hexane free)/shea butter. I am quite sure this is the recipe however wanted to double check quantities. Many thanks and love your holistic approach to treating our fur babies❤

  4. So I just ordered the CBD I could have sworn I actually subscribed to it but it says on my account no active subscriptions but I paid the auto subscription price I'm actually trying to cancel it as of right now cuz I'm living with somebody temporarily and my packages are being stolen so I don't want anything to be delivered here and I don't see any way to contact you guys so can you give me a contact number or something so I can clarify that I'm not going to be getting any packages here

I actually just sent you an email with the information and a screenshot of the order it's sad that I have to cancel but I can't have anything to live here because of packages being stolen

  5. Do dogs need a special kind of probiotic? I’ve been taking them for almost ten years and swear by them. My black Lab/pit bull mix loves yogurt so I give him a tsp after his two meals a day. I also give him a couple tbsp of kefir every day. Is that enough or does e need dogie probiotics?

  6. Make sure to read the ingredient label and buy high quality, properly made pot set yogurt. Most yogurts found in the supermarket today re full of sugar and shelf life extending ingredients.

  7. I'm new to learning a big impact of balancing the gut and probiotics. For me: 2 years of gallbladder issues to last October having cholecystectomy. Since then I also have been taking probiotics daily and changed my diet, I also started to wonder if this would help my cat as well…..then your video shows up…perfect timing! Look forward to the seminar and what will keep my cat stay healthy (the L-lysine in her food helps keep flu away, but want to keep her healthy now that she'll be 10 in spring).😊

  8. Thankyou for your reply Dr Andrew can I give my German shepherd cross are human probiotic tablet if so how many per day and are all probiotic the same regards Mark and my dog Marvin 🐕🐕‍🦺

  9. One thing I know from experience with trying numerous probiotics with my dog is be very careful if there is any kind of auto immune disease going on. This even includes the fecal pills Animal Biome sells. Stimulating the immune system can flare things more. The worst symptom I saw on one was she would grind her jaw to the point it sounded like she was chewing on ice cubes. Also, a lot of strains can be histamine releasing, so allergy symptoms can actually get worse.
I recommend getting a microbiome test if available in your location to see if your dog actually needs them or how imbalanced they are. Too much of a certain strain can actually throw off the balance of others and actually potentially cause issues.

  10. Dr. Jones I need your advice! My senior cat (14 yrs old) has started again with blood in her urine. I think she has a UTI again. She’s had this problem on and off for couple yrs. The vet had put her on an antibiotic to see if it would help. It didn’t! Then after couple wks it just stopped. Many months went by before she had another episode. It lasted about a week then stopped.
After reading and watching all of these videos on kibble and how bad it was for them I was finally able to switch her to wet food. I just started her on a raw diet with probiotics. Is there anything I can do to help her? I really don’t want to take her back to the vet. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated! Thank you
