  1. Such a great video. I listen and try to live by these words I too tell myself but right now I care for my elderly parents who did not plan for their old age and I also take care of a special needs son. I pray often that one day it will be my turn to enjoy and travel and see things I have on my bucket list. I want to be able to do these things while I still can. Thank you for your words and fantastic video.

  2. Beautiful spots in Florida to visit. Siesta Key, Boca Grande and Little Palm Island, all located on the east coast near each other. In Sarasota, Epicure on Main Street for lunch, Anna Maria Island is lovely… there's a fun restaurant on the beach, ( I can't remember the name but I trust you'll find it) from Sarasota drive up longboat key and you'll run into it.

  3. Make the time to see Key West and visit Ernest Hemingway's home and where he wrote, that they've made into a museum. That is definitely on my bucket list! I've seen St. Augustine , beautiful. The town that Flaggler built, etc. That is definitely on my bucket list. Look forward to watching you explore Florida!

  4. Wow thank you Kim. This vlog came to me at such a good time as my thoughts are like yours these days. I just turned 67, married for 42, and recently retired. I am happy and feel I am missing out a lot of activities, some simple ones and some demanding more planning. I will listen to you again to help me focus my life with a goal to do what I want and see the beauty life and nature have to offer. You are very inspirational. Love you.😊❤

  5. Yes Kimberly, fall has arrived. I live in AZ and it's been HOT here. It's so nice to have the cooler mornings. I'm 77 and I think the heat bothers me more than it used it. I do live in a big home with solar and it's not that it's hot inside, BUT. Love your channel a lot!

  6. If you have the time, the drive from Miami to Key West on the Overseas Highway is beautiful. Lots of interesting places to stop and visit along the way in the Keys. The view, especially from the Seven Mile Bridge, is breathtaking. And I think the artist in you, Kimberly, will truly appreciate the uniqueness of Key West itself.

  7. Thank you, Kimberly, for this reminder! You’re absolutely right and you’ve given me something to think about. I’m 57 and sometimes feel like life is passing me by and it’s time to really think about doing things I am able to do right now and having no regrets later in life! Blessings to you. ❤

  8. I’ve been goal oriented for many years…and, when I retired for good…I was like well now what’s left? So I developed my retirement goals…it’s gotta be fun…or, I gotta be learning something new! So…if it meets one or both of those thoughts…. I will do it? If not, I don’t! 😊

  9. I’m 60 and feel the clock ticking louder and hope to see and do everything on my bucket list (which continues to grow) during my 60th decade, God willing. I’ve been to FL twice (Disneyworld and Key West). I enjoyed both. If you visit Key West you might enjoy seeing Ernest Hemingway’s house.

  10. lol. You are so refreshing. I totally agree. We had our day! We were a different kind of awesome! I loved my life and my body in the past and now I love my life and the things my body STILL allows me to do. Life today is a gift which is why we call it Present. Having our health and being happy is so very much more important than that bikini!!!!

  11.
