  1. DeSantis doesn't like that Marijuana is on the ballot cause he likes the idea of hurting more people cause without it being legal the drug cartel and drug pushers control the narrative and plot each day and night and with we all people wanting it legal there is a boat load of people out here in real life that is hurting and have no way of getting help with ins. or with anyone willing to help them so legalizing would be a win, win for all around beside the drug cartel and drug pushers. Period.

  2. If marijuana is so great…

  3. If they don't legalize it then LED lights and alcohol should be illegal. Associate judges in crooked police officers. And people in office that are taking pay from Big Time pharmaceutical companies to make it illegal.

  4. Make Florida Rich Again!

We could be the import/export capital of America, raking in way more "cannabis-tourism" from all the surrounding illegal southern/Bible Belt states.

Over the course of say, 5 years, Florida will have made more money off REGULATED cannabis than even Disneyland pays in local tax for the WHOLE PERIOD.

  5. White people in Florida don’t worry about getting searched for even a “traffic” stop. So, it’s no skin off their backs if cannabis stays illegal. But even in Oregon, it’s not like you can just (deep breath) smoke outside like tobacco junkies do.

  6. My neighbors across the street smoke it daily. Morning, noon or night. There usually is a number of vehicles pulling up, stay a while and leave. She has a job as a waitress, those much be customers coming to her house. Sometimes the surrounding area has the odor of burnt marijuana. Seems that if Florida makes it legal as recreational they will use to excess.

  7. >>>>:::Legalize cannabis federally in each and every single state right now, today. This way, irrational politicians can't obstruct and prevent legalization against the will of the vast majority of Americans whom support full federal cannabis legalization nationwide. Treat cannabis exactly like we treat far more dangerous and deadly yet completely legal alcohol. Legal in all states.:::<<<—–

  8. Cannabis should be absolutely just as legal and easy to obtain anywhere as alcohol currently is. In every single state. No exceptions. It's so easy: As legal and easy to obtain/use as alcohol currently is. Why hold relatively benign, often healing cannabis to any sort of irrational, stricter double standard than perfectly legal alcohol?….
