  1. I have lived with tinnitus since 2018, and all of the things I've tried, the only thing that has worked is acceptance. Your brain has changed, you hear what was not there before. And now you have to choose to live with it. It will never go away, but maybe you can make it more subtle. Even then, its still there till they figure out a way to re-wire our brains. Sound therapy, cognitive, hearing aids… all just bandages on in incurable wound. In the end… you just have to listen to it and accept it.

  2. Hi, please help me, I am suffering since a few months. Sound therapy makes it worse for me, what options do I have? I stay at home and don't have a job so most of the day I am in my room where tinnitus gets worse and worse due to hyperawareness. I'll try to get out more often to be distracted, maybe it helps. What are some tips that have necessarily helped you guys. All sorts of sound therapy even white noise makes it worse for me. I sit without fan and AC even in hot weather to avoid white noise. Please help. Thanks in advance.

  3. I did read the symptoms of low vitimin D or B12 and or folate could cause tinnitus ? Or is that wrong also ? I recently found my Folate so literally be one notch into deficiency. Doctor put me on tablets to treat it, although the reason for the test was primarily mental health.
