Weed is decriminalized in Florida but it should have been legalized in the 70's. If people can drink alcohol then they should be able to smoke the weed or tobacco of their choice. Why is there no freedom of choice in this Country. When one person abstains from use that means they have the power to stop everyone else from their choice.

I agree that alcohol is horrible. I personally don’t drink a drop of alcohol. I hate the stuff and it ruins people and their lives. So does marijuana. The smell is also one of the most putrid stenches on the face of the earth. 🤢
Everyone my husband and I know who smoked weed in high school are homeless, very poor and still living with their parents or grandparents, pizza guys, or dead. All of them are incredibly stupid. I’m not trying to be mean by saying that. It’s just a fact that they are. They are mentally retarded. Also, it smells HORRIBLE and it lingers. Especially in traffic and walking into a store when someone ahead of you smells like it… Ehhh🤮
If only We The People would mobilize and force an amendment to this bill causing a backfire in the face of those who sponsered this con job of a bill. It would in affect create a situation that "leaves" the 65 million dollar doner ASSED OUT of all that money.. nice dream isn't it?

For instance if you buy a vape cartridge that is 90% THC it has to be within 5% accuracy or less… When it goes recreational there is a 30% gap… So they can advertise a product that's 90% and really it's only 60%. Just spend a few days in New York City, where they have legalized weed. I was so disappointed to see people rolling joints on every corner, in city parks, restaurants, etc. I passed by one park and I'm not exaggerating people where sleeping on picnic tables while a lady pours out about a 1/4 pound of weed on the table right along the sidewalk. I kept walking because these people look like zombies walking around. The only people who benefit from weed are the lobbyist and growers while the tax payers pick up the bills for emergency room ,rehab, homelessness, etc.
