    Areas that Morara & Team must shift & concentrate efforts:-
    1. Airtight internal structures, alignment & insulation from intrusion forces
    2. Consolidated team formation, integrated in ideas & governed thru consensus – ensuring no fractures en route
    3. Roles & Responsibilities to be clearly designed, communicated & signed off – Mcoure & Morara must be seen together & inseparable
    In so doing, planning, implementation & the tracking of success will become a real experience.

HE HAS NEVER FACE CHALLENGES THAT MIGHT MAKE QUESTION HIS ABILITIES IN LEADERSHIP. RUTO IS NOT A LEADER BUT A BUSINESS DEALER IN STATEHOUSE WORKING AS KENYA RESOURCES BROKER.SELLING EVERYTHING KENYA HAVE IN EXCHANGE OF HIS PRIVATE GAINS IN ABROAD. RUTO IS A PATHOLOGICAL LIAR, CONSISTENTLY KEEP LYING TO KENYANS.HE MANIPULATES, DECEIVES AND HE IS VERY GREEDY. RUTO DOES NOT EVEN CARE WHETHER KENYANS ARE SHEDDING BLOOD .Jeremiah 22:17 says "But your eyes and your heart are set only on dishonest gain, on shedding innocent blood and on oppression and extortion.” This denounces the selfish motives and actions of wicked leaders who are driven by greed, violence, oppression, and exploitation. It calls on leaders to examine their own hearts and motivations, ensuring they do not prioritize personal gain at the expense of others.
