Thank you so much for sharing your farm adventures! Every time I watch, it brightens my day and puts a smile on my face. Wishing you all a wonderful evening—God bless, my friends
Mer, You are not alone as far as those burgers. One day my girls wanted hamburgers. I had ground beef, but only had hot dog buns. So, I took the ground beef and rolled them in the shape of a hot dog. I grilled them and put them in the bun. Since then, the popular request has been "Hambudogs." Taste great adding a bit of root beer to your ground beef to give the flavor of a teriyaki burger. Enjoy….
Thanks for sharing the video Meredith. Glad y'all got the sun hemp up. Wish I lived close by y'all could have tried my Vermeer v rake with the wheels. It would have cleaned up the ground better and I think it would have handled the hemp better. I could be wrong as I have never raised it before. You are right about not raking and baling hay in our part of the country with the headlights on. I'm waiting to see what goes on with the weather and I have 50 acres to get done and I'll be done for the year. Y'all take care.
(Cindy) Wouldn't it help to spray a bit of bright paint on all the spots that need grease so it is easier to see them? And maybe write the total no. of them somewhere on the piece of equipment?
I love greasing the tractor too I talk to my implements cut my finger wide open with a knife just the other day – 7 stitches working in the moon light how romantic
I really hope your cows will eat this hemp but from what I'm seeing is they won't eat it because it's going to be to tough. We always cut and bale between 35 and 40 days.
It's like God sent us an Angel! You have the best personality of any UTUBER I've seen, its like nothing makes you angry, you look at life as its fun and nothing gets you down! See you in the next one!👋
Don't clean the grill with a wire brush, fine wire can stick to the grill and be transferred to whatever you are cooking and you can digest those fine pieces of wire and then you have a problem.
Baling hay at night is a whole new level of farm life! 🌙 I gotta say, it looks kinda magical under the moonlight. Also, is hemp hay really worth it? I mean, would love to see how it stacks up in the long run! 🌾✨
Your plugging up on the rake because the material is to rank and long. The only way to improve is to open the rake up in the middle and make a flatter wider windrow. Feel sorry for the unplugging you have to go through.
Raking and baling check list, gloves, knife, liquids to stay hydrated, and snacks. Great to see all those marvelous bales. Looking forward to hearing about the nutrition test.
Why would you ever plant hemp
I can understand the rolling and compressing hay. But it never ceases to amaze me how it puts the twine on bales properly.🤔🤔
If ya guys are going to stick with hemp, look up rotary rakes. They would be better for raking with way less clogs.
You should make silage out of that hay
True garm lady. ❤❤❤🙏🙏

One of the 4440s with a loader has a dry sleeve on the boom cylinder. left side. He is in the cab, But I can hear it. thanks. Love you all.
Maybe you need to cut that hemp twice or three times, bail it. I'm not a farmer in my defense. However, you got it done. Stay safe.

Yes it all ends up in the septic tank.
I was at the farm store yesterday picking up some chicken food and 3 farmers were talking about baling hay.
Good cooking idea

I can't fathom how a cow is supposed to eat that stuff without running it trew a bale processor or tub grinder.

Merdi You are as Pretty as a Doll.
Great video God bless you and your family
I would be surprised if cattle will eat that hay……..looks like it needs to go through a grinder first.

Not surprised the hemp is a bit stringy they do make sack fabric with it.

Won’t have to worry about it getting caught on the way out with the rectangle.
