  1. The reason for a lot of yall getting bad sleep in general is because of lack of minerals and vitamins. Look up a brand called natural stacks and buy their Mag tech magnesium. Yall should study the effects of lack of magnesium in your body and do extensive research because not all magnesium supplements work there’s a lot of bs out there so I only recommend natural stacks
But lack of magnesium will create insomnia in a lot more issues. It’s a top five essential mineral for your body.

  2. I was taking snooze-berries, an edible. Thought I was getting great sleep, until I found out it messes with REM sleep. Quit the esibles and it Took me a week of extreme REM to feel normal again. CBD is better. Helps with my RLS aa well.

  3. Restless Leg Syndrome keeps me awake. A THC/ CBD combination and now I'm using cbn also puts a stop to RLS. Its just a very mild high if any at al. I use a vape pen and one medium hit before bed. The relief is immediate.

  4. Hmmm… definitely need more evidence! I heard of a study of 1400 collage students and increased cannabis use definitely correlated with poorer sleep on several metrics like increased waking in the middle of the night with difficultly falling back asleep. And its seems like it definitely reduces REM sleep so the overall quality of sleep is much poorer. I quit recently and this fits with my subjective experience; crazy dreams due to increased REM but I feel better most mornings!

  5. I have suffered Insomnia all my life, getting to sleep and staying asleep. Tried herbal teas, meditation, etc. For the last 2.5 decades have been using Cannabis to sleep, and it generally worked a treat(off the street cannabis). I've just placed myself on medical Cannabis for my insomnia, and is a specific strains for sleeping. I'm now having the best sleeps ever, as it's designed for sleeping, have been on it for about 2 months now, and blown away how well it works.

  6. I started smoking cannabis since my teenage. Got addicted to cigarettes for over 18 years. I suffered severe depression and mental disorder. Cigarettes addiction actually destroyed my life. Not until my wife recommended me to psilocybin mushrooms treatment. Psilocybin treatment saved my life honestly. 8 years totally clean. Never thought I would be saying this about mushrooms.

  7. Depending on the strain it could make you overthink and not sleep or sleep nicely almost like a sedative, also you're environment and you're ability to calm yourself all play a roll. So There's many variables that come into play when smoking, and when it's illegal it can be difficult to get your hands on what you want, when you get told the strain is a mixture of bubble gum and unicorn- like what dose that mean? Lmao

  8. Been shown to kill cancer cells including brain tumors, the cocentrated oil taken orally, surprised she din't mention that. They can penetrate the blood brain barrier to attack brain tumors, whereas human made drugs cannot, that's why they use radiation that kills all cells including the good ones.
High Indica strains for sleep, relaxing, and High Sativa strains for morning/daytime.
Big Pharm and Governments have been demonising and persecuting people for decades
to prevent its use, because they can't own the rights to the drug, and make $$Profit$$.

I'm growing my own strains, including seeds, I wont giving my money to any Goverment licenced business. $ $ 👈

  9. Wrong, you can consume a fatal dose of cannabis. Benno Hartung et al. (2014) report that the lethal half dose (LD50) for THC in humans is estimated to be around 30 mg/kg. This means that approximately 2 grams (.07 ounces) of pure THC has a 50% chance of killing a 150 pound man. This is the amount of THC found in .35 ounces of high grade weed with 20% THC content. Moreover, the DEA reports that concentrated THC derivatives known variously as “wax,” “dabs,” or “butane hash oil” consisting of up to 80% THC are now available on the streets; one tenth of an ounce of these would contain a lethal half dose of 2 grams of THC. Robert Gable (2004) also reports that the lethal half dose of marijuana is about 15 grams or one half ounce; however, he does not specify the THC percentage of the marijuana. It is likely that you are in more danger of consuming a fatal overdose if you eat your cannabis products than if you smoke them.

  10. I used it ( edibles)until I got off benzos, opiods. It can help you sleep but
too much can have paradoxical effect. It definitely takes away pre-seizure
aura & seizure doesn't occur. Helps with some sorts of pain but not others.

  11. I have found that in addition to a full spectrum of Magnesium, I only need 1mg THC to fully access 10mg CBD (both edible) to relax my body. CBN gives me a headache. I used to feel self-conscious about it until my psychiatrist agreed that it would be just fine to help get to sleep given my CPTSD. It's not for everyone, thankfully it's VERY legal here in CA, US

  12. Not the 'world's first study' did my graduate dissertation in 2018 and official scientific medical studies have been ongoing for well over 200 years. While it may help with sleep, it can also amp up your anxiety levels if you don't use the right types
