  1. Hi everyone, I just wanted to share some wonderful news!

    I’ve been working with Dr. Katherine for a while now, and my GFR went from 22 to 39!
    I’ve officially been taken off my blood pressure medication.
    The next step is getting off insulin! I can hardly believe how much things have improved.

    I started following her advice about avoiding high-protein and high-phosphorus foods, and took the supplements she recommended.
    It has truly made a huge difference for me. Here are the results so far:

    My blood pressure is down by 15 points.
    My HbA1c dropped by 2 points, which is huge for me.
    My proteinuria, which has been a problem for years, is finally within a healthy range.
    And my GFR went from 22 to 39! I was in stage 4 kidney failure and now I’m back to stage 3!

    One of the things that surprised me the most is that I’ve been able to eat fruit regularly, something I always thought would raise my blood sugar.
    But after adding fresh fruit to my meals 3 or 4 times a day, my HbA1c still dropped by 2 points!
    Now I eat citrus fruits, peaches, grapes, plums, avocado… even exotic fruits like papaya and guava almost every day.

    I’ve also noticed my skin looks brighter and the brain fog I used to deal with has lifted.
    Especially after taking that supplement for magnesium she recommended.
    As an accountant, that brain fog was a real challenge, but now I can think clearly again, which makes work so much easier.
    I’m also sleeping better and feel more rested during the day.

    I’ve been telling everyone I know about the results I’ve had from working with Dr. Katherine.
    It’s made such a difference in my physical health, and even on a mental level, I feel more at peace knowing that I’m doing something good for my body.

    So grateful for the help, and I just wanted to share in case it helps someone else!

  3. Now. Dr. I no you are wrong about that as for as my body and i already use baking soda lemon and vinegar, fasting allows the body to heal and best because God in Christ Jesus ! So fasting is the best just make you have enough fluid in our body most of the time! But i already do most of these or I have but then i for get it’s good for me especially parsley and dandelion tea!     I Live In The United States, Our Food Is EXTREMELY POISONOUS !
    Being on Social Security Can Not Afford Many Organic But I Clean All With Veggie Wash. I Do Not See ANY DOCTOR ! Where I Live, My Husband Trusted The Doctors Here. NO WAY !!!!
    I Am On The Kidney Store Supplementing Offered On Amazon Developed By A Naturopathic Doctor That Got Off That Chair. I Am Watching This Video, You Are Giving Us The Ideas That Will Work. I Only Have Medicare Part A – Hospital
    Too Expensive.

  5. I was 133lbs before being diagnosed with stage 3 kidney disease, one year later I’ve loss too much weight. I am now 96 lbs. and very weak. I do see a nephrologist but he doesn’t tell me how to eat to gain weight. I come here for information and help. I take vitamin D3 with K2, CoQ10, and drink dandelion tea, hibiscus tea. Losartan and nifedipine ER for high bp. I feel sick all the time.
